Big game on Sunday. Both teams been in good form this season besides the odd blip here and there. They'll surely be out for revenge after the way we spanked them at Old Trafford last season. I expect we'll see a much tighter game as a result and I expect a low scoring draw or either side to nick it 1-0. Put it one way, if they haven't learnt from last seasons game and they decide to play as open as usual they're going to find themselves severely outplayed and beaten once again.
Go with the exact same side that started at Everton.

They are missing some key players, defensively they don't look great but that could change if Kompany is back and I said similar about Arsenal but they turned up against us so who knows. De Bruyne is in top form and the one we need to watch. I agree same team as against Everton, hopefully we see the Rojo against Everton and not the one from last night. Looking forward to it and feeling confident

I expect a tight game. In my books we still lack that bit of firepower to go into these game with more confidence as we sometimes struggle to kill teams off (but then we did it brilliantly against Everton).
I keep repeating myself, but Rooney has to show a lot more for us to move to the next level. The team is growing fine, and gelling better and better. But we lack that killer upfront. Martial is doing an amazing job everywhere he plays, but with Memphis's form we better use him on the left.
I don't know what to expect results wise. As long as we don't lose, I am quite fine as we can't let the gap widen, and we just can't lose at home, this should become a ground rule. A win would definitely be ideal and put us in a very good position considering City's awaiting tricky fixtures (Pool, Arsenal, Everton, Swansea, Southampton, Leicester) before January. Not saying we don't have tricky fixtures ahead of our own, but I think we've had slightly harder fixtures so far.

Done second guessing. Impossible to know what team will turn up. We could spank them or could get spanked. Here endth the lesson

I don't see United losing this one. City are just too open for my liking and tactically naive at times. They just go all-out attack, which is fine against lesser teams, but United will be solid and could then pick them off. United had the biggest result last weekend winning at Everton in the manner they did after their thumping at Arsenal.
If United win this they are big players in the Premier League title race. Kevin de Bruyne is different gravy and United will have to keep him quiet, he has been outstanding. Other than him I don't see how City hurt can United without Sergio Aguero and David Silva and I think United will just win the game, although a draw wouldn't surprise me.
PAUL PREDICTS: 2-1
The fuck!?!? Cheers Paul, you prick. You predicting us to win almost certainly means we're getting a beating.

I just hope to god we don't do an Arsenal again, I'll be happy enough if we perform well and the ref is on form

Manager says Mcnair and Shaw are the only injured players now. Young is back in training but won't be ready for Sunday.

I'm going for moderate optimism in this one. We tend to turn up when facing big teams so this is what I'm hoping for. Rooney is as usual the biggest concern but he seems to be getting his feet lately so who knows

Very much nervous excitement. Always the same with this sort of fixture. Confident today though. They're very much weakened, if we play like we did vs Everton we win.

So only 1 change to the Everton side, Valencia in for Darmian. Don't know the thinking there? Valencia quicker and more powerful to deal with Sterling?
