Rangnicnk isn't going to be in this for the long term so there's no point in anyone getting their knickers in a twist especially the players.
Assuming Fletcher and Phelan have been trusted with any rolls they've been given, there can't be much benefit in the long them acting the #####.
None of these guys are the 11 that take to pitch.
Even Carrick got a rise out of them when he was interim and he was lambasted from all quarters. Like I say they can only act professionally. Up to the players to do likewise

I'm not say this is a turning point but it is significant. I think Rangnick is the first man in a while that has finally forced the hand of the players that actually moves beyond personal agendas or weaknesses. Rangnick brings no baggage and is going in with his ideas, not favouring or opposing anyone and saying lets see what you've got then. City do the press and Liverpool do the press. It's not than alien of a concept Solskjaer was ideal becuase of inexperience and might have been seen by some as a soft touch. If Ole then wasn't a "high pressing" manager what was the difficulty with his approach??? Soft touch and definitely an easier target amongst elite managers anyway. But no answers from the players what the problem was there. Mourinho, where to start. Maybe it just isn't worth starting with his approach. As with all his other club failures/endings, when things aren't going his way, it's toys out of the pram. Like what he done to Shaw publicly for example, another tailormade excuse for the players even if they never gave a #### about Shaw . So now without those background excuses they're slowly running out of ideas and excuses

There's just a "We are United" and "We are this" culture at United. We always had that yes but we were able to back it up that's the difference. It's all well and good being arrogant but we have to be able to back it up
Most of them think they can just turn up because of the name and that it will be alright on the night
This starts before the players even leave the dressing room if you ask me

Something simple as tracking back after you lose the ball has nothing to do with a high press.
That's a basic of any team. And we don't do it.
Back to Shaw's interview again. It's all there

Overrated and Overpaid.
Let the clearance commence. Pointless setting targets under this outfit as it's just going to paper over the cracks
1 step forward 2 steps back.

Again again we make world beaters out of very ordinary sides. Wolves was never an easy one for us at the best of times. There was bright signs during the first half against Burnley of a functioning attack but we still let up numerous chances to them.
Couldn't tell you any Wolvews players from one end the team to the other cuz I don't watch them much but heck they're only 6 points off us in the table.
Defence needs to stay switched on. Attack will take care of itself.

Yeah
Defence still a cause for concern. We're gonna have to live with this till the summer. Our clean sheets return is going to be in the lap of the gods.
No system or amount of tinkering is going to change what's going on back there

We had most the ball yes that's not in doubt. We had 70% possession for the 90 minutes.
The question is what the #### did we do with it. Newcastle had the better chances and probably deserved to win
