Well well well. interesting game for a variety of reasons. Will LVG still be in charge? If he is, will a victory save him his job? If he isn't who will be? You'd expect things would have to move pretty fucking quick for us to get a new permanent manager in, so Giggs will almost certainly be in charge for the game if LVG leaves before. If Giggs gets a good result would it be worth giving him a go as interim for the rest of the season?
Most important what team will we play and will the players show renewed desire and commitment.

Whatever happens won't change anything for the Chelsea game as it will come too quickly. It would however be funny to have Mourinho face his old team But it won't happen, even if we appoint Mourinho, because there is no need for that as it will only start his United career in controversy. I believe our season will be decided in 2016. Good if we beat Chelsea, but I don't see that happen. The players have chosen to let LVG down at the worst possible time. It will cost us the season. Hopefully whatever happens next is successful, or we will be out of the top-4 again, and perhaps for a longer while as this season was the one not to miss, and we're doing just that.

Costa is suspended if it matters.

Alright here we go then: De Gea Young Jones Smalling Blind Schneiderlin Schweinsteiger Lingard Rooney Martial Memphis Schweinsteiger is back for this one so he's automatically my first choice, as well as Schneiderlin, the others are more or less for the lack of options. Not sure what to expect of this one as it would seem that this game is lost before it has even started, but if Van Gaal is going to go, he might as well do so with a bang. Even better if he plays all the young kids - I'd love to see Pereira instead of Rooney and Varela instead of Young. You can even put BJ instead of Blind.

Dave, Young.., Smalling, Jones, Blind, Schneiderlin, Basti, Herrera, Mata, Rooney, Martial.
Really don't know how Carrick is getting in and I don't know why Schnei is twiddling his thumbs on the bench, may well be more to that. Basti should come straight in, Martial up front where he can do damage and Memphis rightfully on the bench after his poor showing on Saturday.
If Lingard is fit then him instead of Mata, as he's not bringing much to the table either.
Not that any of it will matter because no doubt the majority have downed tools..

Regardless how shitty we have become, we are only 9 points behind the top spot. It's not too huge a gap for us to overturn. Furthermore the losses we had recently were all away from home except the Norwich one. If we are able to find a bit of form, I don't see why we can't have our own winning run again.
Let's start with Chelsea today. I don't really care who starts though. Doesn't really matter as everyone have been shite this season.

I agree. It's by no means an unassailable gap. As I said I don't care who starts. Just want to see us play with spirit and passion. I want to see a few challenges flying in and players putting themselves on the line.

No point backing a blind horse with 2 legs, no dick and 900k dragging him down.

Tonight is all about winning convincingly as a team. Certainly not for LVG, but for the players themselves. This season is not over yet, and whatever happens tonight will decide what happens next and therefore how we evolve as a team, but perhaps also as a club. As I've been saying, this season is the one you don't want to miss as many teams are growing and becoming much better. This season is the one where you need to sit comfortably in the top-4 and guarantee your status as a club, for money-revenue, transfer interests, etc.

Win, Lose or Draw LVG has to go for me. Surely players should take some blame for the poor performances but LVG also played a part in that. He didnt let players to enjoy their football, he made them to play like Robots and suddenly expects them to play with passion to save his job.
