Very nice from Januzaj, but we all know the talent is there. Whether he has the workrate and the consistency to play at the top level is still the question

Feels like the penny is starting to drop for him, he's improving and helping the team do the ugly stuff now. Just needs to keep it up and then start producing the goods so Mourinho will take notice.

Still only 21 but time to prove himself at highest level. The only current loanee I think could have a future at OT but still a long way to convince José.

Don't forget he is just 21. That boy has skill but he has not played enough senior football in a crucial stage of his career. There is some hope left he will turn it around. Not because of this video because you could make me look like a pro that way ;-) but because he shows signs of improvement now he is playing regularly.

Said it all along, he's the nearest thing to Cruyff I've seen - apart from in the head (where it counts most). I agree, there's definite progression there, there's also a change in his build too, he's filling out which means he's developing into a full grown man, and with that usually comes some mental development. Adnan looks to be on the Jesse Lingard development path.
If it all comes together for him (us) then we could have one hell of a player.

Mixed messages from both Sunderland and United fans, he's looked pretty good whenever I've seen him this season though, always has the eye for a pass just those around him bar Defore are utter shit which doesn't help. He seems to be working hard going the other way as well and improving game on game.
I'd like to say he has a future here but it's whether Mourinho has got the time for him as there is still a lot of work to do.
