yeah, no point him being over there if he's not even replicating what he'd be doing here. Get him here and get him played.

Although it looks like VG is hell bent on two wingers with pace ASAP. Not quite sure you buy two of those from in January though

Interesting, if there's anything in that.

Loans are tricky, especially at a good club, unless they have a view to buying the player it's difficult. I don't think you can expect him to be a starter each week but still I think it's a good experience for him and he'll come back hungrier. Long way to go yet.

Januzaj's problem is that he isn't enough of a fighter. He does have the talent, but he lacks that bit of fighting and team spirit. He's already quite big-egoed for his age.

That's also the reasons why he isn't picked up regularly for Belgium as the national coach want aggressive players with the right mentality. Fellaini doesn't get much playing time here, but he will still get his chances regularly for Belgium because the coach knows exactly what to expect of him.

Januzaj must grow up, it's as simple as that. If he doesn't, he will end up at Everton or West Ham (no disrespect here): being a good player, but never a great player.

Needs to cut him a bit of slack. He's featured in the Belgian national side since he was what? 18? Plus he's grown up as a footballer in England where our young players have a similar mentality. Don't think it's as big an issue as people make out.
