See a low score draw but I'd not be surprised if we nudged it.

We aren't nailed on to win this, but we enter this game with a bucket load of confidence and there is no reason to suggest why we can't collect another three points!
Even though Chelsea are very close to winning the title already, they aren't going to easily let up against us and it should make for a very entertaining game.

I'll say it now, not scared of them in the slightest. They've been in a hot and cold form this calendar year and don't play particularly well as of late. I think it's a complacency more than anything due to no real challengers for the top spot. Their defense is much better than City's and Pool's for example but the other parts of their team can be overrun and outclassed as of now.
That said, it'll be a hell of a task without Carrick, I just hope he'll recover in time for this. Wouldn't like to shift out Blind there, possibly could not be up to task against them in the middle and he's been outstanding as a left back.

Valencia Vs Hazard...
Comes down to almost being a final audition for that spot for me. If Tony can keep him fairly quiet, then I think the right back berth is his next year.
Away at Stamford Bridge was a fixture we were shit in even when we were the best team in Europe, if we can pull off yet another dominant display in this one then it really will be something special.
Looking forward to this one, I think it's pretty pressure free after yesterday, it would take a big collapse not to get top 4 now so the result doesn't take on the importance it would have done had we lost yesterday. It's all about just pulling off another performance.

www1.skysports.com/football/news/11661/9807736/chelsea-v-manchester-united-key-battles-will-be-on-the-left-wings Interesting what the pundits think will be the tactical response from Mourinho. The one thing I can't shake loose is that this week our left hand side face Ivanovic. I'm confident we can play our possession game in what space we get but being quite as effective as recent weeks down that left side I'm not sure will be as much of a contributing factor to our goal scoring. This week I think a key duo going forward will be Mata and Herrera down the right playing around Azpilicueta and getting that final ball in if not scoring themselves. Correct me however if you think I'm talking shit.

i think this match will be difficult. Mourinho won't mind playing ugly football if necessary. could test our patience

No reason why we should fear them, by far the most in form of both sides and they're missing Costa. I think they'll play not to lose though and make the game scrappy, they don't have to beat us. I expect a low scoring draw, 0-0 or 1-1. No doubt we can beat them though.
Strangely enough I don't see this game anywhere near as important as last weekend's game in terms of showing the progress we're making, it's a completely different scenario.
I don't agree with the pundits saying we have a free pass to just go at them with no risk though. We're still fighting to finish at worst top 3 as it means we won't have to play a qualifier for the Champions League, so we could do with avoiding defeat ourselves. With that mindset, that's where my low scoring draw prediction comes in.

I definitely think we have no reason to fear them. But we also have no reason to think it will be easy. They've still been in decent form regardless of how they've been playing as of late. It will be nothing like the city match. And Chelsea missing Costa will surely mean Chelsea will be more cautious.
Could be an interesting tactical arm wrestle.

With that mindset, that's where my low scoring draw prediction comes in. I also disagree with the pundits, we still have points and places to fight for, so to say we have a free pass is inaccurate. However, chelsea have far more to lose if we win this game, as they will then have us and Arsenal both looking very much over their shoulder, inversely, if Chelsea win, they are almost home and dry. I go into this fixture with a confidence that we won't lose, I struggle to see a win though, as Jose will be happy to make this a scrappy affair. Saying that, we are very much in form, playing well, getting results against our rivals, so we are well within our capabilities to win this, and if we do, the cat will be very much in amongst the pigeons.

Chelsea are not in a great form and they will miss Costa but this will be a tough game and if we win this I am sure we will win the title next season.

We're going to dominate them and Mourinho can do nothing about it, except to instruct them to foul us very often but that'll be a double-edged sword for them. We gave them a hard time when we didn't know how to execute LvG's plan properly, were hot and cold in that period, played a different system with different players. This, just like Liverpool away and City at home is very similar.
Gonna eat my words if it happens differently...

Chelsea will be fully focused on not losing the game. Jose Mourinho will set up to contain Manchester United. He’s done it before and, with the title on the line, he’ll do it again.
The pressure will certainly be off Manchester United. They have a bit of a free swing at Stamford Bridge but this game will be a real test of how far United have come under Louis van Gaal. They have certainly improved but this will be a real test against a Chelsea side that has been the best team in the country by a mile this season.
I think this will be a tight game and I can see it finishing in a 1-1 draw. Chelsea will definitely settle for that!
PAUL PREDICTS: 1-1
