If we beat City and Arsenal do a Slippy G at Burnley which is very possible, we'd be in a very strong position for a second place which looked a couple of weeks ago just as a pipe dream. Amazing how philosophy suddenly has fallen into place, just like at Bayern some years ago!

Arsenal have been in good form as of late. I can't see them losing at Burnley

Danny Ings will show them, can see it now! Draw would do fine as well, then we spank them at home and take a full revenge for the FA Cup, although it's a game week 37. Spanked Arse, sounds too good not to be true!

I really think that we enter this game with the upper hand over City, considering their recent struggles (and talk over Pellegrini potentially being sacked), and our resurgence in form.
No reason why we can't win this. As for Arsenal..... don't worry about that, United should focus on ourselves and not pay attention to the result at Burnley. That will take care of itself.

we should go for the win, no reason we can't get it at home. we are one of the in form teams in the prem, city certainly are not.

Brilliant win against Villa and it is nice to be looking forward to matches against City and Liverpool without being scared or paranoid or whatever the right word is. In my opinion I think or thought if and when we beat Liverpool that was top four sorted and I still stand by that. Now we have to take care of City, after we do that, the sky is the limit or in our case second place. It is time we turned the tide against the likes of City, Liverpool and maybe even Chelsea. I hope the team that finished the Villa match bar Falcao and Jones start against City, I wish Rafael was playing because I feel he would offer us more going forward but I guess he also has brainfarts like Jones.

We seem to have found our winning formation so I wouldn't change anything, apart from Smalling for Jones if possible

Last 9 results in the Manchester Derby... Really doesn't make for very good reading. We're due a good victory against them.

It's funny to think Young has put Di Maria on the bench Didn't know why Young was substituted against Villa. I thought Young was our best performer. I wouldn't swap Young for Di Maria at the moment. He's making fullbacks life miserable when he plays. As Jie mentioned, maybe Smalling for Jones if the former is fit. However, I wouldn't want LVG to change too much.
