Going to be harder than the chelski game but we've still got the impetus so I can't see us losing.

Have to say chelski played pretty well but some of klopps line ups/tactics leave me scratching my head. Never a penalty but I thought the womens refereeing team did very well. Let the game go as much as possible. 120 minutes, penalties with a lot of heat and loserpool play Saturday

Where does it stop though? What if other players start getting death threats from an organised crime group? Would they have to go into hiding as well? Seems a very bad precedence to start.

Pogba still not quashing those rumours he could be off to Madrid which is a big worry for the club. If he goes we're left with zero creativity and if he doesn't what's his attitude going to be?

Read that article and could see his point. Not about his big arse but about the journey Maguire had to take to get where he is today. You only have to look at players like Jones and Smalling to see what he was talking about.

What's going on with football these days? Ozil and kolasinac get mugged in London by 2 skanky kids then apparently the East European mafia warned them off. Now the 2 skanks apparently told them to feck off and that now they're going to take Ozil for everything. Now Ozil and Kolasinac have gone into hiding for fear of a turf war and have been left out of the squad indefinitely. What do the club think is going to happen? Maybe a sniper is going to take them out during a game or their aircraft is going to be shot down playing in Europe or tunnel rats are going to dig their way into the dressing room and take everyone out. It's getting boring the drama football seems to be producing. Too much money in the sport now and instead of enhancing it its just dragging it into the gutter.

....................... against a 4th division Italian side - you might have scored 4 as well Not with my knees. Chicharito or Welbeck couldn't score 1 between them against MK Dons 5 or 6 years ago still cringe when I think of that game.

Lukaku scores 4 in debut  still glad he's gone though. His goal record for us wasn't too bad but he just wouldn't suit Oles style of play. Probably score a shit load of goals in Italy and people will then complain we should of kept him but his move was the right thing to do for all parties.

Le 10 Sport: United made €90 million offer for Pepe but deal fell through - Arsenal have signed the Ivorian for €80 million (£72 million) from Lille. - United reportedly made a more lucrative offer. - However, they had to pull out as they didn't manage to sell Lukaku in time.
According to French media outlet Le 10 Sport, Arsenal newcomer Nicolas Pepe could have been a Manchester United player right now. The Red Devils were comfortably ahead of everyone else in the race for the 24-year-old due to their larger offer but had to give up on the deal. As United were unable to sell Romelu Lukaku to Inter fast enough, they didn't have the money to secure Pepe's signature. They were prepared to pay as much as €10 million more than Arsenal, meaning the fee would be in excess of €90 million.
tribuna.com/en/manutd/news/3436905/Didn't arsenil get him for 72m payable over 5 years? If I remember correctly they've only paid an initial 20m for him. If we couldn't keep lukaku and pay an initial 20m for Pepe then the club are lying through their teeth about money being available. Surprise surfuckingsurprise.

I think you're missing the point Dave. It's all well and good talking about visions and implementing Oles plans and yes we were weak in defense for a long time and now we are definitely stronger but (you knew there was a but coming ) what I'm saying is in midfield we are scraping bare bones, the same as in attack where the club seems to think Rashford and Martial are suddenly going to become clinical goal scorers and that Greenwood will become our saviour because the club is talking a lot about him. Big risks to take. What I'm saying is personally I don't think we'll make the top 4 with the squad we have. If we had of Signed Bruno and Ben Yedder then I think we definitely would have. If we finish 6th playing the shit football we seen at the end of the last season do you honestly believe Ole will still have a job long enough to implement this vision? Then what vision will the next manager have? Don't you think his job would be a lot easier if we had of signed Bruno and Ben Yedder. I keep talking about these 2 because they were 100% available this season for a combined price of less than 100m. It's like building a house. You can build strong foundations (defence) but if you leave it a year without putting up walls or a roof it wouldn't make any sense.
