We're here again, playing Chelsea with a new improved defence, a substandard weakened midfield and the main first team striker missing at the time of writing. YaY us

Good man. I can see us winning this quite comfortably. Think we'll play like we did when Ole first came in, with no fear, high pressing quick touches with a lot of interchanging between the front players. Just wondering at what stage of the season the honeymoon period will end

Proper football Be interesting to see how Fat Frank gets on this season, maybe we’ll finally see some of these mythical Chelsea youth players. Getting nothing here though. We look fit and sharp, I like the tactics and football is trying to implement but competitive football is a different kettle of fish. De Gea AWB - Lindelof - Maguire - Shaw McT - Pogba James - Lingard - Martial Rashford

Greenwood hatrick fantasies aside, like most others I'm genuinely intrigued by what's to come.
Get the press right and put chances away we should win and shut a few gobs for a few hours at least.

Fantastic win Who’s going to score the goals? Bit sloppy first half, ripped them a new one in the second. Lethal in transition. Maguire brilliant, solid as a rock defending and a cool as a cucumber on the ball, AWB fantastic as well and James leaving defenders for dust. Work to be done but good signs and our attackers will tear sides apart on the counter. We looked fecking fit too.

Very fun last 35 minutes or so. Work in progress and all that, it's gonna be a long ride of a season, strap yourselves in.

You know what would really help this season? Fred turning up and being a £50m player and Sanchez rediscovering some purpose / form. I have hope for the former, the latter, mmm, well..

I can't actually believe we looked that good, and chelsea looked that bad. Hopefully that means Rashford is sticking to the centre of the park as a #10 (i wouldn't mind that).
Also its amazing what a 2 good defenders will do to your backline. Wan Bissaka and Maguire. James was great when he came on and Pogba actually played like he should have all this time.
We'd be unstoppable if we played like this week in week out (i mean, i doubt we will but this is the type of performances we should look to, good performances around the park).

Couldn't watch the match. Internet connection impossible.will be watching it today on fullreplay. Great result.Lampard has gone from 14/1 to 10/1 to be the first manager to lose his job in the premier. Stick your money on.You know it makes sense
