James might just do it. His confidence must be sky high. Be watching Germany Holland. Best game of the round. Hoping for a draw to give our qualifying chances a better chance. N. Ireland Germany on Monday so I hope the Dutch kick the shit out of them tonight. Just as well hazard is injured or they'd be knocking in double figures against San Marino. Adman starting and surprisingly fatman on the bench. Wonder if Pogba will be fit for tomorrow?

Just reading about our players whose contracts run out at the end of the season. De Gea, Matic, Bailly, Grant, Fosu_mensah and Young. Any club worth it's salt would of got rid of Young last season, I'm sure some mug would of paid 3 or 4m for him. It's been obvious for a couple of seasons Fosu Mensah wasn't going to make it and I think we could of got 5m for him. Grant probably get piss all for him but could of got him off the wage bill. The 3 worth the most probably could be sold for over 100m but now could run down their contracts and leave for nothing next summer. Not really trying to make a point but our club really does need to change its transfer policy which has been at its best diabolical ever since SAF retired and even before the great man left.

VARs there to help the referee but the powers that be are afraid to use it for fear of making the ref look bad, which doesn't make much sense because that's what it was brought in for. Refs are human and can make mistakes but if they don't want to use VAR to it's full affect then they should just get rid of it. At the minute it's just inciting fans to riot and one day it will push fans over the edge and we will see an increase in violence. Palace vs Villa as an example.

I repeat the question. Has he actually signed yet? He's the last one I want to see out the door but what is he actually waiting for? If players want to play for United they should be fully committed and De Gea isn't giving me those vibes at all. His head is in the clouds and it's showing in his performances. For me he was in the top 3 in the world until the last 3 months of last season. His distribution wasn't the best and he flaps at crosses but his reflexes more than made it for his weaknesses. Now his reflexes are letting him down and he's lucky if he scrapes into the top 10. He probably doesn't but I'm being a little biased. I'd give him till January and if he still hasn't signed I'd sell him. If not we risk losing him for nothing next summer.

Nothing new learnt from that game. Pereira offers nothing, Mata may still have moments during a game but it won't be enough. Rashford will never be a number 9. He just doesn't have the instinct for it. Pogba the first half was a disgrace. Second half he upped his game a little but still no where near the required standard. Ole looking more and more lost with each game and his subs were definitely a WTF moment. Letting Smalling go was a joke. Still put the blame on Ed for not bringing in other players. It's all well and good Ole having his vision but what's the point if he's back managing in the Norwegian league? I'm not even going to blame the players. The effort from them was still there. It's not their fault they're not good enough. The only shinning light is AWB and James. As Ed would say, who'd of thunk it?

Not Oles fault but with just a couple of players out our squad doesn't look much better than bang average. Next season will be better when the youngsters get more experience but this season is too soon for them.

James on the left, Mata on the right, Pereira as number 10? Rashford as number 9? Mmmmmmmmmm not too sure about this line up. Looks like Freds days are numbered. Garner not making the squad.

If I see Lingard starting I'm taking Ole off my Xmas card list. Hasn't done anything in a long time to deserve a starting spot. Probably won't happen but I'd love to see McT as the CM enforcer, Garner dictating the play with Pogba playing further forward where he can be more of a goal threat and can't cause as much damage playing further back. Can see Matic starting this one which will really piss me off.

1.4 for Darmian?? Chump change when you look at some of the prices other clubs are getting for deadwood. Hearing reports coming out that Inter haven't paid anywhere near the 75m United are claiming. Suppose it doesn't matter. The important thing is players are being shifted on. We all know Ed doesn't have the first clue in the transfer market. Happy enough players are finally leaving.

Would of sent packing Jones, Bailly and Rojo well before Smalling. Yes he panics when he gets the ball but so do the rest of them. Wouldn't mind seeing Smalling and Maquire try to form a partnership before offloading him. (if reports are true) Lindelof is a wreck playing RCB and Axel has yet to fully convince me. So many CBs and so little talent.

I'd love it if he proves me wrong as well. The thing that pisses me off most about Martial is he has the potential but he just doesn't seem to know what to do with it whereas someone like Lingard doesn't frustrate me as much because he's just wank. When I was watching the game first time round I thought his injury came about after Jamess goal. Then the second time round I seen Martial hobbling on the touchline straight after Palace restarted after our goal so his injury must of been before James scored. The only thing I could see during the second half was in the 57th minute when Martial was clipped and he got up hobbling but then after a few minutes he looked fine again which is why it upset me seeing him limping him about with no apparent motive in the last minute. Unless he Injured himself celebrating. if he did then I hold my hands up and say I got it wrong. I had my rant about him because when Palace scored the winner I saw Martial still in Palaces half with no intention of running back to defend but if he was injured then I did get it wrong. Still not saying sorry though

I'm afraid it's going to take more than a couple of goals and an easy assist yesterday to think he's changed as a player. I watched the match again today to see if I missed something and I don't think I did. If you play the ball into martials feet then he can make a difference, for example when he should of had a penalty but play it a few yards wide of him then he loses interest and I think our definition of hard working isn't the same. He's one lazy feck that hardly ever gets out of 3rd gear during a match. As for giving an assist whilst crocked, I'm afraid for me that is crock. He was moving without any problems at all. Even in the replays you could see he was very light on his feet then all of a sudden straight after the goal he went out to the touchline and stayed there for about 3 minutes and started limping. As if to say, I've got my assist bonus don't need to do any more. A stone has more heart than him. If he was that bad why didn't he say something to the bench before Ole used all his subs? Then when Palace pushed up in the last minute where was Martial? You got it, stuck in palaces half. Even if he does score his fair share of goals I'm never going to like him as a player because he's never going to change that too laid back attitude of his.
