After the match, LVG seemed to insinuate that DDG is not focusing on football and that just like we throw out cash to buy players, he expects us to sell at the same level.

Yeah I watched it on Monday, Carragher's a clueless tit. Playing a high pressing game is risky. No shit Sherlock! The whole point is that you're putting the opposition under so much pressure on the ball that they'll be forced into mistakes or they'll have to pull off some world class ball to get themselves out of trouble. Also if you do dispossess the opposition you have a bunch of players in attacking positions ready to turn their mistake into a goal. Barcelona have been the masters at this for years and they seem to be pretty successful.
His opinions show exactly what needs to change about English football.
