No Januzaj ... should we just move his thread into the formal players or should we wait the official announcement?
But super excited about the tour, can't wait to see all the games!

Hi. Any reds coming to Salt Lake. I'm a lifelong Utd fan from Belfast recently moved to Salt Lake City. Happy to advise on bars etc or meet up. Let me know. Cheers. Ian

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40615718Other bits from the presser: Jose wanted four signings so two to go, spoke about wanting Lukaku as a target man, refused to answer on Matic and we had an interest in Morata but couldn't agree with RM. Rojo, Jones, Young and Shaw won't be back till end of the year.

Good first outing, looked pretty sharp and nice goals all round Our new boys didn't have the best outings but still looking forward to seeing Rashford and Lukaku linking up, Andreas was solid and hopefully will play a key role this season. I still struggle to understand how two tall centrebacks like Bailly and Lindelof can be so weak in the air, Mourinho needs to drill these two over the summer or we could have problems.

I thought LA were really poor first half, absolutely no test for us but to start pre-season this was a good game for us.
Too early to judge on the new boys obviously but I agree both haven't had a great first game. I remain confident both will be crucial to us in the future.

Mou will surely be happy with Lingard's effort, looked sharp! Overall a bit careless from United but two great first half goals. Fosu-Mensah improved which pleases me personally after a lacklustre appearance against LA.

Not much football 2nd half, that was awful to watch. Maybe Pereira the positive note, he did well.

Aye, not a great spectacle but Salt Lake gave us more of a challenge and a better work out. First half was alright, not great defensively but some nice link up going forward and great to have Lukaku on the scoresheet. Second half was kind of the opposite, solid but created next to nothing, would have liked to see Pereira pushed up higher but Mou is clearly testing him in midfield and he had a good game nonetheless.
Hopefully Mata is ok.
Can't believe the ref sent Valencia off
Only pre season but still feel we are missing something in attack, a real spark of creativity and flair.. to which Perisic isn't the answer.

Strong lineup compared to Pep's. Disappointed Mou doesn't use pre-season more to test our youth products like every other manager does.
Smalling starting ahead of Bailly maybe to test him before deciding on his future? Looks like a first 11 except Bailly...
Good 11 otherwise, like to see Miki as no.10, his best position.
