Tour 2017

Another alright match, Matic was pretty good seems to have taken to us like a duck to water and the youngsters continue to impress. It's been a good pre season overall, players looking pretty sharp with our signings trying to settle in, scored goals and got good results although that's not the priority.

Player wise Lukaku looks to be a great addition, continued with his 1 in 2 goal ratio pretty much, Rashford looks very good, Martial seems to be getting back into swing of things and Micky as well has been in the goals. The youngsters have done well so hopefully Pereira, Tuanzebe and TFM continue to get games and even McTominay and Mitchell can play a part in our season as they certainly haven't harmed their chances. Some players have looked a little off but no huge issues, Lindelof yet to impress but it's too early to judge.

Jose has experimented with a couple of formations but it's hard to gauge anything there given the level of opposition we've faced at times but I'm intrigued to see what system we'll start the season with.

Overall we look in good shape much better than last season but this has just been a training excercise the juicy stuff is a completely different ball game.
