Doesn't look like Everton are much of a challenge, but we're losing the ball way too easy in midfield.

Another positive has been another young English left back in Borthwick-Jackson.

3-1, good performance. Lingard has to be getting some game time this season for the first team. He's 23 in 2 months and deserves a shot in the first team for me. Was the best player on the pitch tonight.

Powell back for the U21s tonight apparently, can't watch but that's what MEN are saying: Powell has started to grow into the game. His touch has been much more assured in the last 10 minutes and that run-in he had with Lafferty will have done him good. That competitive streak is simmering and he’s playing like a man desperate to prove he is not, despite reports, done with the game.
It’s also notable how much leaner Powell looks. He endorsed muscle food on Twitter and he looks more strapping than he was at the start of last season - and at Leicester.
The role Powell is playing in behind the striker plays to his strengths, which is helping him.

Fellaini, Pereira and Powell all playing for the U21's vs Liverpool tonight. Currently 0-0 after 20 mins or so.

2-0 lead surrendered, now 2-2, only a few minutes left, can't say they didn't deserve something out of it in that second half tho.
EDIT: CRACKING GOAL FROM GOSS - 3-2
