I'm not saying we can't do it, because we can. But I'm not sure they've got it in them and I'm not sure L'fool won't score.
It should be a humdinger if we're at it from the first whistle though.

Everyone needs to pull together this week. Make OT a very hostile environment for Liverpool. Maybe even make it a us against the world for the rest of the season been to nice nice for my liking

4-1 win Fast start, don't hold back, all out attack, I'd like Blind to have a rest but you just know he'll play. De Gea, Varela, Smalling, Rojo, Darmian, Basti, Schneiderlin, Lingard, Herrera, Memphis, Martial.

don't know where we will find hope. Need to score 3 goals but we are not even shooting on target 3 times a game. expectation level is zero for thursday. A shame to think so but that's how far we have come

A shame to think so but that's how far we have come I'm also not over confident but I think Mignolet can contribute greatly to our hopes but it's true he has to be tested The home crowd will push the team on - against the Danes we came back alive at Old Trafford - surely they will come out fighting

I think if Memphis gets his shooting boots on, maybe Martial and a cameo from Rashford and a clean sheet, we could do it.

I'm very split in my decision as to whether we can do it. As much as I believe we can out score them on the night, I just don't think we will prevent them from scoring at all. I can see them playing a defensive game, with a lot of pressure and look to break on the counter and get us.

Serbian referee Milorad Mazic received the unwanted accolade after his controversial displays during games between Germany and Portugal and Argentina and Iran. www.dailypost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/referee-dubbed-worst-world-cup-11044099

Quite a lot of If's and hopes and maybes there edwood but you are spot on mate. Trouble is the situation demands the Cavalier spirit and approach of the old United. Sadly, LVG has schooled them in to a holding, wait and see mentality and Klopp is good enough to get his team to Park the Bus until we get frustrated with time running out and then counter punch ........ With every fibre of my being I hope Carrick becomes Scholes, Memphis becomes Giggs, Rashford becomes Van Nistlerooy etc just for one game please God ......

VG has beaten them well enough before and they totally ignored the game plan by all accounts last round.
Memphis has been ok in the Europe, played some of his best stuff, and Rashford exploded onto it. You just hope that some of that translates to a one off OT display on what is a glorified Derby day.

Have to say I thought the tie was over after their 2nd goal went in. I'm expecting a spirited showing but not expecting much in terms of getting the result we need. I see us winning by 1 goal.

After losing 2-0 last Thursday's first leg at Anfield. United must win by at lease three goals in order to progress to the quater-finals. 2-0 win would send the tie into extra-time with the possibility of penalties looming large-though a single away goal for liverpool would be disastrous.
