People saying its a 3412 the way it's set up though looks more 4231 or 433.
A little worried about the lack of energy in that side but we'll see.

Why not 4-4-2? Carrick and Basti sitting in the middle, Young out wide on the left, Matt out wide on the right (although he will come inside) with Rooney and Martial up front or a 4-4-1-1 or 4-2-2-2

A frustrating lack of intent again. The last 60 seconds were a joke. In possession chance of a counter with Memphis free down the left and Basti turns round and passes it backwards.
Only positive today was Rooney going off. Whether it's an injury or LVG realising he's shit, I couldn't care less. Just hope if it's an injury it keeps him out for a while.

Second that last part. It's time that we bench Rooney. Memphis did more, and I'm not even a fan of him at the moment.

We're a fuckin puzzle. No idea what we are about. Was singing their praises afte the CSKA performance which should have won by more than 1-0. We reverted back to type against West Brom, Watford, PSV and now again versus Leicester.
Our best chances were set pieces today. This is fuckin United. Whats going on

Poor performances and the game not going our way I can take but the lack of intent and desire against PSV and these today is appalling, you're not going to win the league by settling for a point.
We were in full control and dominated them, once again lack of quality in the final third, real lack of quality in the game to be honest bar Leicesters goal, that Mahrez bit of play and one or two of our moves. Weird one.
Hopefully the break this week does us some good, get practising crosses.

The part I enjoyed most of SAF's teams was when our fullbacks would overlap our wingers. They usually had a good understanding and could make some creative plays.
I'm not saying this is what we need, specifically, but there was more creativity and overwhelming attacking style in our old teams. Possession isn't necessarily a bad thing, but in our case - we are doing nothing with it.
