Fellaini up front then? I'd be tempted to throw Memphis up front with Martial on the left if Rooney misses out. Martial up front at home to Liverpool might be a little too much pressure to take.

Let's face it if Fellaini does his job of lamp post up front knocking everything down, any predator fox in the box should have a field day. Why wouldn't you be tempted to.. Fellaini Memphis -- Martial
Not saying he will, but it sure looks tempting.

I don't really have an issue with Fellaini starting. He's fucking effective and incredibly hard to play against, I'd still fancy us to get the result. I don't mind the look of that to be honest. Lets not forget Rooney hasn't exactly set the world alight this season so can't really turn our noses up at Fellaini too much.

If Rooney is out, I would field that line up without a doubt: DDG Darmian - Smalling - Blind - Shaw Schneiderlin - Schweinsteiger Mata - Fellaini - Young Depay In fact I'd be tempted to get that line up even if Rooney is fit.

Twats on SSN still can't get over the Fergie era. Comparing us to the cavalier United of old.. Get the fuck over it!

I wouldn't mind the media were briefed on all this and the direction the club was going to take when Moyes was sacked and VG took over.
After Moyes nothing else but a full clear out and change of direction was going to cut it. It's just a cheap talking point to continually pound but what do you expect. Media all over.

Muppet Mers reckons there's no plan at all. We're just blindly buying players and hoping for the best.

The man is an idiot. What pisses me off is the idiocy goes unchallenged.

Having said that Neville has bought into some of the bollocks too.

Yeah I've read about his opinions recently as well. Best thing to do is ignore the lot of them and hope the results eventually start shutting them all up.

I wouldn't mind them if there was a counterpart talking about all the progress we've made and how we murdered Brugge and have been solid throughout all games (bar Swansea). But no, they just focus on the negatives and dig in

There are small valid points among the bollocks and a straight VG ticket was always going to veer one way, and it was always up to the board and senior players to correct any imbalance that arises. But provided he lays out the footballing blue print that the club can follow and develop then he'll have paid for himself.
People don't seem to grasp that he's an interim manager - for 3 years - he's there to steady the ship and point it in a different direction, while remaining competitive.
