Sorry I'm on a WUM. Di Maria so far just looks very uncomfortable centrally, uncomfortable generally but less so as a wide attacker for me. I just think that's where we'll see him for the foreseeable and where we'll see the best of him, of course he could well adapt but given the personnel we've got and likely bring in (going by rumours ) I don't see his future here being centrally. We shall see, if he does, I'll hold my hands up. Apologies Nemanja. No need to apologize, we're just discussing things. it's kinda normal.

I'm not one for 'you need to bulk up' though, hearing that about Blind..
Expect much better from Di Maria next season regardless of his stature.

If I'm being honest I don't see a place for him in the lineup right now. Until he improves he's out of the side for the foreseeable future and I don't necessarily think the personnel signed in the summer will help his cause either. At the minute I can't fit him into the side in midfield or in attack.
I wouldn't have him on the right of attack as Mata, Herrera and Valencia have built up a fantastic understanding on that side and I wouldn't want to break that up. Likewise with the left although he has more of a chance of getting in on that side for me even if he may also have Depay to compete with there next season. Then I wouldn't have him in central midfield as my midfield 3 next season is Carrick, Herrera and Pogba(or whichever midfielder we bring in if we don't get Pogba).
Simply put, he's a member of the squad and is going to have to fight for his place just like everyone else. His price tag means very little to me now, we've shown we don't need him and are in fact better without him in the side currently. It's up to him to make himself a first team player again by training well and playing well when he gets his chances.

Having a 7 on your arm means nothing. He can be a 7 somewhere else and he is Argentina's number 7

Guys, what do you think are the chances of this Argentinian noodle bastard leaving the club? I personally won't want him to leave but were he to leave for PSG for a good transfer fee (£40 million) I would not oppose it vehemently.

'I'm not happy with my first year in England,' he told the Sunday Mirror. 'I moved here from Real to win titles and this season has been very bad for me. I'm frustrated because I want to do better. 'The fans in England have not seen the real Di Maria. I know I can offer a better level. This year was not good enough.' Adapting to English football is not easy,' Di Maria added. 'People told me the first year for a foreigner here is hard. And that's true. 'My challenge is not for one year, but to become part of the history of Manchester United. 'The stadium is unique, the fans sensational – it is a fantastic club. My only frustration is that we haven't offered the fans our best face every week. My dream at United is still to win the Premier League and Champions League.' www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3085040/Angel-di-Maria-season-bad-know-better-Manchester-United-fans-haven-t-seen-real-me.htmlDoesn't sound like someone who's looking for a new club.

Angel di Maria eyes Champions League glory after completing his prolonged £44m move from Manchester United to PSG www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3185417/Angel-di-Maria-eyes-Champions-League-glory-completing-prolonged-44m-Manchester-United-PSG.htmlHe told BeIN Sports: 'I am very happy to join PSG. What I know about PSG is that it is a team that won all the possible trophies in France last season. 'This is very important for the club. I also know that I want to overcome the obstacle that is the quarter finals of the Champions League. I am going to try to bring the best of my abilities to put myself at the service of this team. 'We are going to try and go as far as possible in the Champions League.' Well, it seems like that's over with. Glad about that, the whole drama and his disappearance/reappearance and just total dick move has annoyed me.

My biggest wish this season is that we draw PSG in the quarter or semi finals of the CL and destroy them with Tia fucking Maria getting booed by 50,000 furious United supporters every time he goes near the ball. Do us all a favour Jie and put this thread in the bin where he belongs.

Wish him all the best. No hard feelings from me as he was just not strong enough to play in this league. I am actually glad this has been settled because, as I kept repeating, he was never going to adjust to LVG's style.
That being said, I despise his attitude because I like players who don't give up. And like Hammy, I hope we can draw Psg and hammer them properly, and hear the crowd boo him for 90min.
