Only heard from the rumours, CDM plays for Internacional I think.
Rumours about Firmino cropping back up, for the quoted price of 14m wouldn't be too bad. LCM maybe?

Not seen a great deal of him. His stats stack up nicely though. Scored for Brazil the other day as well. I'm always excited by players I haven't seen a great deal of though, never know what to expect.
Still it's only speculation at this stage, we'll see what happens.

Haven't really seen much of him either but €18m is peanuts these days, so not much risk for me.
Looks a talent from the little I've seen, creative, tricky etc. young too 22? A bit like Depay could add some excitement.

Apparently he's been playing as a no.9 for Brazil, so can play across the front three and no.10/Fellaini's role for me.
Wish people would stop mentioning Nani, he's got no chance of getting in the team.

Alot of people asking where Firmino would play. I think it's pretty obvious he'd play in the position Fellaini occupied last season. According to a few ketchup bottles despite being an attacking, creative flair player he's not afraid to put his foot in and make tackles.

Amos has joined Bolton. Bogdan on his way to Liverpool apparently.
Firmino.. explosion of rumours to nada. Same old, same old.

Firmino is a good signing if true. more of an attacking mid but can play as a creative CM if that price is true. a bit of a steal, has been very good in the bundesliga. but i agree with fergie, he ain't going to be a defensive stopper, will most likely play as a CM/CAM or on either wing, possibly up front as a second striker if he can be trained into. handy player to have on the bench i don't think Lacazette to PSG is confirmed either. As a striker he is the player i want the most (over Benzema, and most certainly over Mandzukic, not a fan of his), we could even offer Lyon a player like Chicharito (maybe 15-20 million + Chicharito would make them do it) He is younger than the more established strikers, and shorter but he is faster and the cheaper option, and looks like he could be quality in the premier league next season, also seems like the best fit with Rooney (apart from Benzema, but Real Madrid aren't letting him go) anyone think that Zakaria Bakkari would be good at united, we have Depay but on a free, Bakkali seems like a very talented young player. Can play across the front 3, but is a winger, is one of the hottest prospects in europe and would only cost 750k in compensation. In: Alexandre Lacazette, Zakaria Bakkali, Morgan Schniederlin, Illkay Gundogan OR Bastian Schweinstieger, Nicolas Otamendi, Roberto Firmino, Caravjal Out: Robin Van Persie (if he wants, if not we can keep him, and transition him onto the bench slowly), Javier Hernandez, Johnny Evans, Rafael Lacazette, Otamendi and Schniederlin would be about a combined 100 million. So i would imagine the rest of the window we couldn't really spend that much more. so Firmino (15 million), Gundogan (15 mill?) or Schweinsteiger (10 mill if that is seriously a figure) and Bakkali (Free) would do nicely De Gea (if he stays) Caravjal - Otamendi - Rojo - Blind/Shaw Schniederlin - Herrera Mata Lacazette - Rooney - Di Maria the possibilities with such a squad would be endless. We would have the depth and quality to contend for the title and surely, would make a good run in the CL
