Though looks like we have signed Dani Alves on a bosman and are being linked to Carajval Carajval is younger than Danilo and arguably better than Rafael and Danilo. Maybe we should sell Valencia (whilst we can still get money for him) and Rafael and bring in these two, at the end of the day we have no shortage in wingers and Valencia is basically a Right back, and Rafael is injury prone and been pretty poor also............  |

Cadena Cope says we are really interested in Benzema and we are demanding him in the deal for De Gea as a straight swap. They believe that we have tried to go for Bale and Varane but feel Benzema is a lot more accessible than those two. They say Perez has rejected the deal though and Real feel Dave will be playing for them and they don't want the deal or saga to rumble on till the end of August, they want the deal to be done quickly.
That's interesting for me that they feel Benzema is more accessible than Varane and Bale because Perez is known to be a big fan of Benzema, won't get my hopes up but it is interesting that Cadena Cope are reporting it.

If they don't come up with either the fee we want, or a suitable deal, I'll be pissed if United cave in and roll over - and why should they?? DDG is worth more in playing terms for one season than any sub par financial offer - and if he wins us something, or gets us top three next season, it's worth keeping him for the final season. I can't see what the problem from United's perspective.
