As for the likes of Ameobi and Flanagan, you really believe they're required quality? well bale is out of favor in la liga (also note that is transfermarkt values, obviously would take more money then 15 mill, bale is listed at 80 mill, di maria is 65 mill, thus di maria (65) + 15 = bale 80) as for Ameobi and Flanagan, they have potential, and at worst they provide decent cover. Flanagan as a backup RB who may grow into a starting RB and Ameobi covering the attacking roles (more the left hand side) |

well bale is out of favor in la liga Where did you get that from? Last I saw Ancelotti has said that Bale, Ronaldo and Benzema are the first names on the team sheet. As for Ameobi and Flanagan, I think we should aim for higher. We have had enough of those in the past and we already have the same and maybe even better options in our ranks. What we don't have is time to experiment, return in the top flight is a must and pronto. Look at other English clubs in Europe, they don't know difference between their arses and an elbows since our struggles. |

I am glad nobody at the moment objected on Danny Ings coming on a free which spens suggested because I think that would be a shrewd transfer deal, very good striker with pace, composure in front of goal and good potential. I agree with not getting Flanagan and Ameobi, I mean seriously man Ameobi rather we get Orbetan back than that guy or even Bebe. I feel Lingard has more potential than Ameobi who is about speed and a bit of dribbling and nothing else.

if it makes a difference flanagan could be dani alves (mind you the wages would be at least triple to quadrouple to bring him in)
