Just putting it out there: i can give my expert opinion here Matt Ryan would be a great backup keeper, but i seriously doubt he comes, as the #1 keeper for aus, he needs starting football, in saying that i doubt he can immediately be better than de gea next season (maybe 2-3 seasons down the line at united if his growth trajectory continues) however not next season. he would be better going to a slightly bigger club, but not a giant (unless he replaces Mingoulet at liverpool or something, then again he could be eaten alive there) i would say a top dutch club (ajax, psv etc) or a bundesliga club (mid-upper tier, maybe a leno replacement) or la liga club would be the next step, or make a move to one of the belgian giants (standard or anderlecht)

Looking at that list of transfers, I don't know where we will fit both Depay and Bale, no one of them two would have a sniff at our first XI with Ashley Young around on a top form!
And we definitely shouldn't buy another CM and mess up with a Carrick-Fellaini-Herrera trio who were gelled to perfection into the philosophy, especially not someone like Pogba!
Also, we don't NEED another striker because we have Wayne Rooney who is a captain at that and SHALL always play. This goes especially to the likes of CR7, Messi, Benzema, Batistuta and Gerd Muller who would spoil all the party up front!

Antoine Griezmann to Manchester United is news all over Europe, full storyPosted by SPORT WITNESS on April 21, 2015 at 20:37 in Sport Witness Football Within a couple of hours it was everywhere, like a living organism which had broken out of constraints and was threatening to take on the world. Across Europe it travelled, from Spain to Italy, back towards France and taking in Germany. There was a brief hop over the English Channel and by that time it had become out of control, once 'Griezmann to Manchester United' was being tweeted in English everyone was beyond hope. A 'thing' had been created and now it was out nobody could save the public from the inevitable months of the claim being repeated. In Spain the first carrier was Todomercadoweb who seemed to catch 'Griezmann to Manchester United' on Tuesday at 16:16, by 16:58 Punto Pelota and even Spanish newspaper AS had also succumbed. All three of the initial Spanish carriers said the source of 'Griezmann to Manchester United' was The Telegraph. Eyes then quickly turned to The Telegraph but there was nothing, not even in a gossip column or hilarious live blog. And yet it continued to spread, that there was no original carrier seemed not to matter. Eurosport in Griezmann's native France are now carriers... blaming their bout on AS. There's nothing in this. Griezmann is having an excellent season at Atletico Madrid and may very well interest clubs like Manchester United, but The Telegraph haven't reported what it's been said they've reported today, there is no claim Manchester United are trying to sign the French international. The circle here will be completed when The Telegraph's gossip column covers 'reports from Spain' that Manchester United want to sign the Frenchman. sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/antoine-griezmann-to-manchester-united-is-news-all-over-europe-fuwww.todomercadoweb.es/primer-plano/atletico-telegraph-el-manchester-united-pretende-a-griezmann-122844futbol.as.com/futbol/2015/04/21/primera/1429628284_644440.htmlmercato.eurosport.fr/football/transferts/2014-2015/griezmann-de-bruyne-witsel-les-9-infos-mercato-qui-vous-ont-echappe-mardi_sto4686724/story.shtml

Man United make offer to snatch young star from Barcelona's clutchesPosted by SPORT WITNESS on April 22, 2015 at 20:04 in Sport Witness Football Sporting Lisbon look set to lose their young star left back Ruben Vinagre, reports Portuguese newspaper O Jogo on Wednesday. It's explained that Sporting can't really do anything about the situation because they don't have Vinagre on a professional contract. Portuguese clubs have attempted to protect themselves from poaching by putting big release clauses in contracts but a player has to actually have a contract for that to become possible - and Vinagre does not. The 16 old defender has been attracting attention from around Europe and that's led to Barcelona taking a look at the player. It's not explained whether Barcelona's transfer ban would stop them from registering the player through their La Masia system but if it would then any move to the Spanish club would have to wait until January. Manchester United are also seriously interested, say O Jogo, and have made an offer to the player to snatch him from Barcelona's clutches. However, Vinagre refused the first proposal from Old Trafford which either means it wasn't pleasing enough in what it offered him financially and with sport development, or he's set his heart on going somewhere else. Unfortunately for Sporting, there's absolutely no indication that Vinagre staying is a likely option. sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/man-united-make-offer-to-snatch-young-star-from-barcelona-s-clutc

Man United to complete transfer 'at all costs', £35m price, contact madePosted by SPORT WITNESS on April 23, 2015 at 5:47 in Sport Witness Football Deporte Valenciano have previously heavily pushed the idea of Nicolas Otamendi moving to Manchester United during the summer transfer window. The last time they did so it spent a week all over the British press but this time Otamendi will likely have to fight with Mats Hummels for the limelight. The Argentine defender continues to grow his reputation with Valencia over a fantastic season in which he's been hugely important to the club. It's hard to believe that he's only actually played there since last summer, his earlier transfer from Porto going a bit pear-shaped and seeing him have to go to South America on loan after missing the transfer deadline to be registered for Spanish football. Valencia fans hold Otamendi aloft as a hero and he's already been dubbed The General due to his salute celebration, and Bestiamendi due to fans thinking he's a bit of a defensive beast. Think what Marcos Rojo wants to be - and then you've got how Valencia fans see Otamendi. It's claimed that Manchester United initially made contact in January when their €35m offer was turned down by Valencia, and now the club are expected to return because they want to complete the transfer 'at all costs'. That would mean paying the defender's buyout clause of a mighty €50m, making Otamendi more expensive than Hummels would likely be but then he's had the far superior season. Manchester United could in theory use players to bring that price down, Valencia would likely be interested in someone like Javier Hernandez especially after his Champions League heroics. It depends on which forwards exit Valencia this summer but that could be an idea if Manchester United are as keen on Otamendi as reported. Should louis van Gaal bring in right back changes then there's the possibility of Antonio Valencia being thrown just for the sake of headline writers across Europe. Of course, the reported interested could all be designed to make the player's legend appear greater and therefore rooted in fairytale. sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/man-united-to-complete-transfer-at-all-costs-35m-price-contact-mawww.deportevalenciano.com/2015/04/22/otamendi-cumplira-30-partidos-liga-incertidumbre
