the lack of any signings in the january window will get LVG sacked. we had an entire window and he refused to do anything, we knew we lacked depth going into the window, we knew we needed strikers, more experienced full backs (even on loan) and what did we do, looks like we sat on our hands and did nothing until the last hours of the window and then failed to sign Debuchy
Like come on surely he knew what was left of this squad wasn't good enough, what exactly prevented us from getting Doumbia on loan, Iturbe on loan and all these other loan options. I mean if they perform we buy them permanently in the summer, if not we send them back to the club, at least they're bodies instead of rushing the academy players into high pressure situations

I was under the impression that he had prioritised it as a way of qualifying for the CL next year.
Now he apparently would prefer the FA cup.
Is it just me or is he clutching at straws now and doesn't know what to say anymore.

Hold on, let me find it, I'm pretty sure I saw him saying something like this ... but it wasn't like it's not a priority for United, but rather it wasn't a priority for him as he wanted the FA cup

It's simple LVG has to leave. I think the best solution is to sack him as soon as possible this season and let Giggs finish the season as manager. I know most people want Mourinho and I agree but probably in the summer. They should let Giggs get a shot and lets see how he does because I'm sure he can inspire the squad much more than LVG can thats for sure.

why would they not want to take the europa league seriously, because we aren't getting top 4 this season that's for sure unless one of the current top 4 gets a whole lot of injuries, even then i'd give southampton and west ham a better chance then us because simply, they're better

I don't blame the players for the poor performance, LVG in his 18 months has killed all their enjoyment in playing Football. Nobody was given freedom to play their natural game, he made them Robots. Its hard for players to get motivated for 38 games and its also the duty of manager to motivate them. LVG lost the dressing room and don't judge the players under him. Under the next manager we can judge them properly.
I also don't think this squad is bad, we lack depth because of a short squad but the playing XI when everyone is fit is good. Any other decent manager would have made top 4 with this squad.
I just expect LVG to resign or just go out on a high by playing entertaining Football till end of the season if he stays. I know both of the things not going to happen but we have nothing to lose.
