i don't want to say this but i don't like our chances. We've been kinda eh as of late, whilst arsenal have been that damn good its hard to bet against them
i think we lose 2-1 at home unfortunately

Really frustrated. Absolutey bossed them for 50 odd minutes and should've had the game won, complacency set in and we were terrible for the last 35 minutes. Midfield couldn't keep the ball, attack was really uninspiring, constantly being caught offside and really disappointed Wilson didn't get a run out.
Just... ugh!
It does give confidence for next season again though, for the first 55 minutes we looked like world beaters.

waste, they got what they deserved and need to improve beyond all recognition next season ...and WHAT a LOOONG arse season that's going to be if they have to start end of June. Fucking dicks, nothing but themselves to blame.

This kind of summed up our season. We obviously have what it takes to play a high tempo game and we're at our best when we press opponents but simple mistakes have led to the team making things far messier than they should be. We should be more clinical when in possession and the defense needs to stop being so shaky when things aren't going our way.
Hopefully this will all be fixed by the end of the summer.

I knew they would score as soon as Tyler came on, I can't believe he has a new contract and he got in the team before Tom Thorpe. Really frustrating but a nothing game since they would have won both their games. I agree we have to improve but with the new signings we will be even better and we just have to be more ruthless in the future.

I think a full season with Rooney as striker in this formation with even more new signings around him and he'll get around the 30 mark.
