Gutted for Falcao, as VG said he is an amazing pro hope he recaptures his form wherever he is going. As Ed said he really looked like he wanted to be here and was honoured to wear the red shirt. Now its time yo look for a new younger striker, Lacazette will do hut we shall see. Cant wait to see what LVG has in store for us

sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/agent-otamendi-will-do-everything-possible-for-man-united-moveEugenio Lopez, agent of Otamendi, has been speaking to SER Deportivos Radio in Valencia today and said his client is happy at Valencia but wants a move away to further his career "Nicolas is comfortable with the VCF and the fans but will have an option to improve his career. Jorge Mendes already knows that Nico wants to leave the VCF. Nico will do everything possible to get it... he will do everything possible to leave."

The Otamendi rumours have an air of inevitability about them.

would anyone be against bringing in Kieran Trippler on the cheap as a backup to Clyne?

If it was up to me I would keep Rafa as I think when he is fit and on form he is better than Clyne and Coleman but unfortunately his time to time rashness and injuries will see him out the door. Trippier ain't that bad to be fair especially as a backup but when we get a better RB, Tony V had showed he is more than capable of being backup.

I seriously think the right back position is not an issue. Valencia has been solid as a rock all season, if we bring in someone to compete with him and get rid of Rafa who's had his chance and not taken it (also been unfortunate with injuries), then fair enough but I don't believe we need 2 right backs.
If I'm being honest I still wouldn't bother signings anyone unless we can get a real upgrade on what's already here. I'd have no issues starting next season with Valencia and Rafa.

We could do a lot worse on some 'latest and greatest' big name who's had no experience here.
He'd be first on my list outside of a Pogba main signing, Gundogan and Schneiderlin would do me fine.

Please let him stay. Falcao is gone, we know that, if RVP is gone i am ok with Rooney and Chicharito being the two main strikers for now in all honesty. Not too many top strikers available outside the likes of an Icardi or Dybala
