Manchester United will make another offer for Otamendi, but unless it’s 50m Euros (£36.8m) Valencia doesn’t want to sell. Gareth Bale is definitely staying at Real Madrid, while De Gea is the more mysterious one. He wants to see what Casillas is doing – Real Madrid is trying to push Casillas out and Manchester United is putting a massive offer on the table, so no decision made there yet.

Herrera was definitely signing 2 summers ago as well. I'll believe things will or won't happen when they do or don't happen. Still, no doubt I'll read and get excited about all manner of speculation over the summer.

Don't you guys think Ed is briefing the media on obvious targets that the fans one to hear and using them as a smokescreen to go for other targets like last summer. I mean nobody saw the Herrera, Rojo, Falcao and to a certain extent Di Maria signings coming. To be honest of the targets being touted in the media from English journos I only believe Depay and maybe Clyne but I don't think we will go Hummels, we may be going for Otamendi or someone of that ilk and the Gündogan rumour came out of nowhere, I don't know with these stories.

I think we're in for ALL of them and it's just a case of which ones are viable and come off.
Hummels wants to leave and both club and LVG rate him highly and have made overtures toward him for two years, does this mean he will sign?? Nope, there's a good chance, but you'd better have the next one on the list lined up and ready to pull the trigger on. They want to get business done early this time round and it's actually doable this Summer.
Gundogan also wants to leave and English and German journalists put 2+2 together and actually arrived at 4 - as we do need a Carrick replacement now, and he fits the bill. Are we going to sign Gundogan?? Nope, but I'll guarantee we'll be inquiring after him - like they'll be keeping an eye on Khedira.
The only one you can realistically discount coming here is Pogba. It just makes no sense for him to come back to Manchester on any level.

Dortmund are in no position to really stop those wanting to leave, leave, shame but Klopp was the binding force.
Pogba's agent mainly + better weather and easier life of Madrid. Raiola will go after Madrid and it suits Pogba's ego. Next move after Madrid would probably be home to Paris. Even on the outside chance he does come here he'll be off before his first contract expires.....admittedly we'd get a lot of money for him.

Ed's right here, I too think that Pogba has an inflated ego so a return to a club he walked out on because they didn't think he was good enough would not be on his mind.
