So yeah this is still the biggest game of any season for me, the sort of game you always look forward to but dread losing. We couldn't be facing them at a better time, we're on a run of 5 straight wins (a couple lucky) whilst Liverpool are completely floundering and look useless and thats putting it kindly. But form always goes out of the window in these games, make no bones about it, Liverpool will be up for this so we'll have to be much better than we were last night.

Haven't felt this confident against the dippers in a while now as long as we don't start with a 3-5-2.
I'd like to see Herrera start in place of wookie because giving away continual fouls will only slow us down. I hope we don't show them too much respect because they're there for the taking, in fact I'd go as far as to say they're there for a hammering.

What's the situation with di Maria? If central midfield contains him, Herrera and Carrick, great. Otherwise, dodgy enough. The other concern is Rooney. Very shit display vs Southampton and I'm not sure when was the last time when he put in a good performance against this lot. If I'm not mistaken without looking at stats, he missed a good chunk of games against them too. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, Robin will put 3 past them so everything's good. |
