one of 3 crucial games left with also Leicester coming to OT and a trip to West Ham away in the league.
Rest are surely must win games for 4th! Villa, Palace, Norwich, Bournemouth.
We have 4 of the remaining seven games at OT.
We probaly have to end the season unbeaten from now on with Shitty only having 2 tricky games vs. Chelsea and Arsenal which both could have nothing to play for at that time.
Sunday is VERY important. Don't fuck this up, Louis!

Another dire 0-0 performance which could have ended in a defeat as well. Luckily we were the team to put that one goal away. Defensively it was better the recently but in an attacking sense we are still miles away from CL level.

Absolutey value for money what we got here, a perfect squad player! Gets the job done he is asked to do. I was furious when LVG started making him a first choice CB and I still think there are certainly better CB's in this world and we should sign one. Still the way he handled Lukaku and Agüero is class! He has his weaknesses and made some mistakes here and there but overall he is one of the best performers this season. As expected our CB's are injured more than playing so he was needed anyway in that postion at a certain stage during the season. Would like to see him given another chance in midfield next season.

Another game hard to watch but against Everton who only lost once away I do not care too much about Style.
Another youngster playing a big part.

didn't he play as CM at U21 level? I think he is capable of playing there. If at the required level is another question but worth trying. At least better than Foulaini I'd say!

Stones is showing why he should be picked ahead of Cahill. Rose showing he shouldn't be on the plane at all.

Vardy: I consider it a great story and he is now at maximun confidence. A too big gamble also given the age.
Kane: Given his footballing abilities my clear no. 1 on that list but I doubt he is leaving Spurs any time soon. Will try win the league with them first as he is a big spurs fan.
Lukaku: A almost perfect fit given experience in the league, goal return and age. Little concern over his passing / interplay with midfielders. No. 2 on my list but as he expressed a desire to move on much more realstic (if don't fail to achieve a CL spot)
Intersting fact about them two is, that Lukaku is at 6 assists whereas Kane just managed one, despite me thinking Kane is the one with more creativity and better when in a deeper position.
Griezmann: Another one of my absolute favorites as he can play also as a winger with Martial in the centre. Only a doubt as he is clearly a goalscotimg winger with little assists in him. As Martial and Depay seem the same type of winger we rather need a more creative winger more involved in the build up rather than finishing. If we can't get #1 or #2 he'd be next on my list
Ibrahimovic: Big doubt regarding his ego. If signed he should play but the only Idea signing a 34 old for me is some kind of part time job giving Rashford, Martial & maybe Wilson major playing time to develop. Still, for 1-2 seasons the could learn a lot and I think he can still help us despite the age. In ayn case no3. on the wish list at best. Kane or Lukaku prefered.
Cavani: Surely a good striker and will almost certainly score 15+ goals but then the PL ist different. Guess he could physically cope with it. In the end I'd say no as he is by no means in the age we should sign players in (on a regular basis) and contrary to Ibra he would cost much. Not that I care too much about the money we spend but I'd prefer young player that stay here for longer period so do not have to change squads too much too often like in recent years. We are looking for more consistency and he would not fit in that respect.
Aubameyang: Another mention by the press but ignored by me as he expressed his desire to join Real one day. Also Dortmund is going to loose Gündogan and they haven't let go 2 key players in one summer under the current mangement.
Neymar: Forget about that Glazer smokescreen and he has his new contract already I guess after last summer...

If I look at our academy to fill the positions we lack real quality to find someone with real potential I see Fosu-Mensah He Looks to be the real deal, not sure if he ends up in midfield or defense. Obviously Rashford has qualities and is a rwa diamond. Who else has the potential to get to the very top of this game? I always liked James Weir but have some doubts.

Lingard getting some praise for his no.10 performance being in the way SAF used Park at times. Maybe I haven't had a close enough look at him but I wasn't too convinced by his performance.

Matt Olosunde, now him...
I think it is positive to see us signing raw diamonds.
We still need to sign ready made stars and we have the financial muscle to do so but I think our philisopy was and should be build on youth plus the one big world class signing a year that really makes us better.

don't know where we will find hope. Need to score 3 goals but we are not even shooting on target 3 times a game. expectation level is zero for thursday. A shame to think so but that's how far we have come

I don't say we should go for Modric, that train passed long ago but I wasn't impressed with the two mentioned as possible targets

"scouting" two possible targets of the media, Kroos and James. Both passengers so far. Modric and Bale are the one's to watch so far.
