Newcastle release Gutierrez, the only redeeming thing left about the club was his story. He beats cancer and comes back to score the winning goal that makes them avoid relegation and they release him. As if people didn't hate them enough already.
Worst club in the country by a long shot.

Worst club in the country by a long shot. are they actually........... oh my god they really hate themselves and their fans don't they. ffs he was the only one who showed some heart. release everyone else, just not him A-League could do with a player like him if he wants the lifestyle change. Bournemouth also seems like a natural fit, as does Leicester

FIFA is so corrupt now, caring much more about power and money that the very sport they are supposed to govern. It looks as if the only way to remove Blatter from power is to actually kill him! It's really disheartening to see a situation like this....

Let's see what Monsieur Platini does now Wouldn't mind a Euro every 2 years I read somewhere that Platini wants to take UEFA off of FIFA if Blatter doesn't step down which I can't imagine happening but I'd love to see how that works. Maybe a Euro every year? But yeah, apparently Blatter plans to make the executive committee from 25 to 30 people, where only 8 would remain from Europe.

FIFA without UEFA will fall apart. lets be honest South America would just be winning everything. It will be Brazil and Argentina for years to come.
oh and a euro every year in every major city in europe, except istanbul (because Platini)

at least carver told them but maybe should have told them in person. but not surprised a scummy owner would be responsible for this. Maybe they are not good enough (well, Ryan Taylor ain't, someone with Gutierrez's heart is a much needed addition to them) but why would you sign Sammy Ameobi up again, who is awful himself (seriously, he's about as bad as his older brother, if not worse)
