Pretty much through as is and a draw will qualify us top but let’s get the win What’s the pitch like Rach? watched the NI match last week, it was tearing up and in a torrid state so if that’s still the case I wouldn’t risk anyone coming back from injury. De Gea Darmian - Lindelof - Smalling - Blind Herrera Fellaini - McTominay Micky - Lukaku - Rashford

Really Disappointed with that
We were sat just behind the away goal and we really should have nailed this match by half time ........ second half was just a shambles and we deserved nothing.
Basel wanted it more and we had it coming pfffffff
Rojo was the only positive tonight he looked really strong and that cracking shot deflected against the bar
Lukaku ..... how did he miss that early chance I saw the highlights and still don’t get it
Leaves us with a job still to do when we should already be qualified . We should still get through with only one match to go ..... our goal difference will be enough and pride alone should see us beat CSKA at home.
In his post match comments Keano was very positive about us being able to perform against Bayern, Real Madrid and PSG ......I really don’t think we are there yet Even with 7 changes we had enough to lick a poor and injury ridden Basel side and we just didn’t seem hungry enough to produce the goods

We did make a fair few changes but we played pretty well first half, Pogba was running the show, we had numerous chances to score, off the line, post and bar. Controlled play and defensively we were alright too, hardly gave them a sniff and really should have taken a lead into the second half.
Second half we just didn’t turn up, fannying around going sideways and Pogba started to fade. Mourinho brought on Rashford and Matic but it didn’t change things, then took our biggest threat in Martial off when it should have been Lukaku. By the time 80 minutes came around I think the players thought they’d settle for the draw but then came the sucker punch and it was then too late to reply.
I know our group hasn’t been the most enthralling/challenging but at times we’ve been too relaxed, still pretty much through and expect us to do the job at OT.
