Palace up next in a run of kind fixtures on paper at least, our rivals have some tough games so need to gain as many points as possible and close the gap. Palace away doesn't tend to be easy on the eye and is generally pretty scrappy, we're playing good football though and they are conceding goals left, right and centre so hopefully it'll be a free flowing game this time round. De Gea Bailly - Jones - Rojo - Blind Herrera - Pogba Mata - Rooney - Martial Ibra

I don't know about that, I'd probably give the right back to Darmian or Young. Ideally we would be going with a 433 with Carrick, Pogba and Herrera but I guess yours could do too

Need a winning streak and Palace shouldn't be a concern but you never know with United these days.
I haven't watched palace a lot so far but I saw Zaha's stats which are quite impressive with 3 goals and 8 assists!

I would go with young rb. Mata through the middle and lingard on the right

Can narrow down their attacking threats to probably 2 or 3, so once again defence is going to have to play its part. If Darmian is to play I'd probably move him to his natural slot at RB which becomes dependant on the sharpness of Bailly with Rojo moving to LB. Never fully certain with Blind
Those attacking threats are namely Zaha and Benteke for sure and maybe Townsend. They'll try and get it down and play but they will resort to the direct ball and set pieces like most teams who've ever played US. Benteke especially has caused us problems in the past. We know what to expect

VERY important win! We didn't play as well as we did recently but the result is better despite the ref being an absolut cunt, denying us a clear penalty and a clear goal.
At the beginning of the 2nd half we were far too complacent and couldn't argue with conceeding that goal. We need to go for 2nd goals and kill games early.
Despite that, good for the team to win a game late after losing games late recently. Will be good for the confidence of the team!

Spot on summary.
Palace away is always pretty crap, still we need dominated and controlled the match from get go. Apart from a 30 minute period after half time we were good, at that point I was wondering whether the players knew what the object of the game was though. Palace were absolute trash, stop prancing about and finish them for gods sake.
We need to finish teams off and be scoring more goals, no excuses now, we have the players and attacking tactics.
They got there in the end so credit where it's due, great win and we did deserve it.

We deserved it on the whole amid the worst refereeing performance of all time.
