Big match and an important one in terms of chasing that top four for both teams, both of us have been performing well of late but are picking up too many draws so you'd probably say this has draw written all over it but hopefully not. Spurs are a good side, they'll press hard and be physical but Alderweireld is a big miss for them so I'd fancy our chances with Ibra against Dier. We are quite a different side physically this season so I think it should be a good battle, could really do with a solid win over one of the top six sides so three points here please. De Gea Valencia - Jones - Bailly - Blind Carrick Herrera - Pogba Micky - Ibra - Martial

At least Bailly has a game under his belt before facing Kane. ..2-0 win I'm asking for..hopefully. ...

I just hope our luck changes and we can utilise it and nick a win. It would be a monstrous result if it goes either way.

Right so, win tomorrow and we're within 3 of Spurs and 6 of City. City v Arsenal & Liverpool on the horizon so favourable results of sorts should arise from those.
Can't keep saying teams above us will drop points if we keep failing to take advantage of these slip ups.

Aye, Spurs are going to be right up for it now as well. Sets up juicy encounter As you say they've let us in a few times but we've been slipping on the banana skin ourselves so it's about time we took the initiative.

Excellent win against a very good side, we were never going to have it our own way but the transition from defence to attack was excellent at times. Brilliant finish from Micky and we looked dangerous every time we got near the box. Unlucky really to just have scored the one, brilliant performances from Micky, Herrera, Jones and some what surprisingly Rojo. Darmian on the other hand I just have no words for.. Holding onto that 1-0 win and clean sheet will do wonders for us, well done lads, onwards!

First time we've beaten a "top 6" in the league this season and today we went out and actually took the advantage of the win itself combined city's slip yesterday. Now we've have to build on this. Only sour note was the injury to Miki and it's back on the others to step up to the plate. We've got to take advantage now in these next few weeks, top sides are handing out opportunities like confetti and there will be more in the coming weeks.
It's Palace away next and until we put a run of wins together with the ability to see out games we'll still have a question mark over us and team won't lie down once they are still in the contest but today gives us a bit of hope.

We have kind Xmas fixtures on paper defo get max points and I can see us get right back in the hunt for 3 and 2nd. Maybe back in the hunt for 1st if other results go our way like this weekend. Chelsea will have a bad spell. Liverpool look like the wheels are about to fall off and city can't defend

A little late to the topic as usual but I still feel like this one was one of our best games, like an overall performance. A couple individual let downs but it seem like we finally have got it right
