Partly due to the heavy downpour as well I think.
...And Spurs just scored through Harry Kane.

Not too bad of a scoreline
only lost 2-1 to spurs. that's more than respectable.

with 5 imports on our side and Spurs just arrived yesterday and most of them still experiencing jet lag, that's rather terrible.

you have to put it into perspective. that its still spurs
mind you this game is an absolute waste of time, if anything at least have the national team playing spurs

apparently Australia is voting for the prince
can't we just abstain. one is a corrupt old hack (blatter) and one is going to kick us out of asia
though i would be all for an east asia + oceania confed with the north african countries and the west asian countries (pakistan and west) become their own confed (seriously, they need it)
CAF - 3 spots (north africa takes up most of their spots lets be honest, algeria, morrocco and egypt usually qualify, it will make the teams really fight for it and not have powerhouses treat it like a forgone conclusion) Asia + Oceania - 3 spots (basically Japan, Aus and South Korea till something changes) Middle East + north africa - 3 (this would be appropriate, not too much not too little)
if the prince brings in that sort of change (with east asia not getting screwed) i think that would be excellent (think about it, the only west asian country that qualify's is iran, and they are by far the best team, saudi, the next best team, are complete garbage. UAE may threaten the 2nd spot with Omar Abdullramen being one of the best in asia (he needs to go to europe, he would get into a top league)

Massimo Luongo has also signed for QPR, not a fan of the move. i would prefer he went to Villa, he would have gotten the playing time because of Tim Sherwoods time with the junior squads, and QPR is a circus. hopefully he gets playing time at least and this leads to a club
Loius Saha is apparently signing up for a State League team in Victoria (a 6th tier team, not even the NPLV). i hope this leads to him coming to some team under the cap, or at least a state league team takes him (like a top tier one like South Melbourne or something)
its surprising how the hell some former top players land up in the state league (Sotoris Kryiagos, the former CB for Liverpool, landed up at Sydney Olympic which was strange)

Also Tim cahill's contract could be terminated early (So, in june/july) by Shanghai Shenhua (why the hell he moved their in the first place is a mystery) now, the wanderers have no excuses, get him as our marquee player once and for all, before sydney fc get to him (i could see that happening also)
