I think Adidas played a big part. They were unhappy with the way the team was playing.

To be replaced by the biggest cunt of them all. Oh joy. If you want results, you have to make sacrifices. He can't be worse than the last two managers. And if you're talking about youth, LVG played the young ones because he HAD TO. Personally, I want results and beautiful football. I don't give a shit who the manager is as long as he delivers.

I also believe that he would have been sacked even if the team had finished fourth.

Bullshit. You pick the best possible manager for your club. Pep, Klopp, Ancelotti and Pochettino - all better man managers and less divisive than Mourinho. Mourinho was the last available option and this board wants fucking shooting to even be in this position. And LvG didn't have to play the amount of kids he did for as long as he did, by any stretch of the imagination. Beautiful football with Mourinho?? Really?? Can be the worst of the worst in terms of functionality and negativity. Be careful what you wish for, because you now have it by the looks of it.

1 pm deadline been and gone ............. not a done deal yet and presumably they've missed the slot for stock exchange ............ nothing doing today ?
ALL QUIET FOR NOW
No announcement yet then and Louis van Gaal remains at the Manchester United training ground, where he arrived just before 9am. He was followed by Paul Gilroy QC, who dealt with the severance package for David Moyes when he left the club in 2014. Widespread reports still claim van Gaal has been sacked, but we've had no confirmation as yet.
Let's have a recap of where we stand as we sail past that 1pm announcement that never came...

Louis van Gaal arrived at Carrington nearly five hours ago. Five hours! David Moyes was in and out in 40 minutes. United appear to be unsure whether they should sack the Dutchman or hold him hostage.

It seems unlikely that he will agree to anything else. Hope they do it in a classy way.

Perhaps LVG is fucking with us by asking for a last tour of the facilities?
Hope they just get it over with already.
