Went from £5m this morning to £15. Other reports are €13m.
But who cares, anywhere within that price range is great. Apparently he was in his last year of his contract anyway.
I feel kinda bad for Bayern fans though, he's played such a major role for such a long time that it must be hard to see him go.

We should get 5 good years out of him, so any of the rumoured fees are fine by me. Obviously the contract is only 3 years but if he and we do well I see him doing 5.

Yeah, I found it ridiculous how some people claim he's "too old", "past his prime" (Carragher, you moron) or "injury prone"

What was his injury record last season?
Regardless, he's the type of person that other younger players should look up to. He can provide some leadership which I believe we sorely need. Hope we get Schneiderlin as well
