Yeah great for him that, Newcastle did what they needed to, won when it mattered. Hull just didn't have the quality and we laid it on a plate for them enough times.
Tame ending to the relegation battle as a neutral.

Cracking start to the championship play-off final. Both sides have hit the crossbar in the opening 10 minutes.

Great first half performance from Norwich.
Boro will need something special to come back into this, below par from them.

Norwich are coming up!

Norwich deserved to win on their first half performance, but will struggle in the premiership next season, saw nothing all this year to prove otherwise. In fact,I think all three promoted teams will find it difficult next term and will possibly all go straight back down...

Bournemouth are a neat passing side who try and stay true to their style of play and play attacking football. They'll go straight back down as I don't see them having enough grit and fight to dog it out in a relegation battle. Watford are similar but less quality, think they'll go straight back down. Norwich seem a little more battle hardened and ready for premier league football to me, they'll get a huge payday to invest in new players as well due to the play-off win. I think they're the most likely of the 3 to stay up but I agree that all 3 could very well go straight back down.

Well,I'm basing my thoughts on the fact that all three of the latest teams to be relegated are better than the three promoted sides and then the other strugglers like Newcastle and Sunderland etc are miles ahead of the newbies, so they will find it difficult in the PL for sure.

bournemouth need to bring in players. if its true that they want to keep who they have now and not do much business, not only will they get relegated, they will probably come last because the other two clubs will have the sense to spend
Glad Norwich got promoted though, but disapointed borough aren't coming up again (they're in the championship trap, after being so good in the prem for a long time) but alex neil seems to be one of the best young managers in world football

I'm the complete opposite to that, I have seen nothing of Bournemouth this season but from what people say it sounds as if they're a Premier League team in waiting. The biggest success story in recent years for promoted sides has been Swansea who certainly aren't battlers. For me, it's the teams who come up thinking they just have to fight everyone and turn matches into a battle who are the likeliest to go straight back down. Teams who pass the ball well will always have a shot because the Premier League might be intense physically but it's Serie A compared to the Championship, anyone passing the ball properly down there will feel as though they have all the time in the world in this league.

Then you have Burnley who played good football in the Championship, were very poor this season in the Premier League and clearly a cut below the rest. Not saying Norwich are only battlers but they have that quality about them more than the other 2 sides, watching them in the first half yesterday they also play some really good football.

Burnley are going to be gutted out, they're a certainty to lose Trippler and Ings along with some of their best players also, they're not a rich club also so that could be a big issue for them.
