I would have swapped Fabregas for Coutinho . Probably Cresswell over Bertrand as well but Bertrand has been fantastic for Southampton this year. Fully deserved it. Mourinho must be kicking himself for not keeping him.

Wouldn't have had Coutinho but he has been nominated for young player(?) so I guess..
Think Clyne, Fonte, Cesc, Schneiderlin should be in with good shouts.

Coutinho should be nowhere near it. Embarrassing. I'd have offered Carrick as another candidate, ok he's not played a huge amount of fixtures but he's been our most important player during the impressive run that has taken us higher up the table and in with a serious chance of finishing 2nd.
I'd have probably opted for Fabregas though, he was fantastic earlier in the season.
