Reminds me of when Fowler and McMannaman when at Liverpool bought a horse each and called them "some horse" and "another horse",... comedy gold for commentators when they ran but especially in the same race.."some horse is in third and another horse is just behind him"

The only thing I can think is they're a direct rival. They'd probably prefer to sell him to a bigger side. Shoulda just let him join Spurs in the Summer. They're in a right mess now.

Indeed they should have, player power shouldn't rule but it does and there is no point having a unhappy player sat on the bench all the while dropping in value. He's not a starter for them and I think he'll have a year left on his contract come the summer. Take the money even if it is a rival, I'd have thought West Brom would be ok regardless as there are a fair few worse teams down there.
Would Berahino want to go to Newcastle though..

In the summer he wouldn't have but now I'm certain he would. Still wouldn't be against us taking a punt on him tbh. But that would've happened by now if he was even close to being on our radar.
