Great news, he looked great at the beginning of the season and now all he needs is some more first team experience

I am glad. Obviously he still has a lot to learn, but I do see some potential in him. Will he become world class or not, it's way too early to tell. But if he stays focused he has a chance to challenge for a first team spot in a near future imo.

He has the potential to be a classic Van Gaal defender, he's cut from the same cloth as Mcnair in terms of how comfortable he looks on the ball for the most part. He hoofs it forward every once in a while which is frustrating because I know he can play football, he's played left midfield on countless occasions which shows his ability. Can be a little naive defensively but he's young and that's something that will come with experience. At the moment he's a raw talent with the potential to be very good, lets see how it goes.

Not a bad move. He's 3rd in the pecking order so he wouldn't be getting a lot of game time here so a loan move makes sense but Scottish football?  |
