Yes I watched it. Most nervous he's been in a presser. Knew he was going to have to answer uncomfortable questions and from my point of view he didn't do a very good job. Reminded me of Moyes There was just so many different ways he could of answered those questions and not made himself look a complete yes man. If Ed told him to drop his trousers and bend over he would do it without question but as its his job on the line and if it goes tits up then it's his head on the block but like I said before. Don't take us fans for idiots. Its true we need to be United but if the people at the top don't share the same philosophy it makes Oles job and our enjoyment of the game so much harder. No need to cover up for them.

Of course I wouldn't expect him to shoot himself in the foot but I wouldn't expect him to take the fans as idiots either.
On Pogba. Every single time I've seen him play or train he's always been fantastic. Really? Don't think that's the opinion of 99% of us fans.
We didn't sign a respected striker because we want to develope Greenwood. Biggest load of rubbish I've heard in a long time. What sort of pressure is that to put on a 17 year old.
The money is available but We didn't sign players that we need because any doubt at all they won't be coming. Then we won't be signing any player ever again because there's always doubt.
How he's changed his tune from the last game of the season when there will be players who won't be here next season to we have a fantastic squad and he has a 100% trust in everyone of them. Every single one of those players that played in that last game are still here.
There's more of the same but I can't be bothered looking. Of course he's not going to throw his players under the bus or criticise Ed or the owners but he should stop telling obvious lies and stop contradicting himself if we're to believe he's his own man. The Glazers and Ed have shown they've absolutely no idea how to run our club. Ole has to distance himself if we're to believe that there's someone at the club who has the no how to turn us around.

Not that it's his fault and I have To feel sorry for him but his presser was as bad as I thought. To much shite spoken to write it all down but the most cringe worthy comment was, 'when we sold Lukaku we didn't want to bring in another striker because we want to concentrate on the development of greenwood " been a long time since I've heard a lamer excuse than that. The obvious reply would of been that we looked at other strikers but it was too late in the window to sign anyone and that would of been fair enough, but his pathetic excuse is showing just how deep he is in the glazers pockets. At least with Mou he said what he thought because he knew if he got sacked he could walk into another job (not turning out that way but that's another story) if Ole gets sacked he's returning to some unknown club in Norway and it shows. Grow a feckin pair.

If none of the top 6 didn't want to spend 70m euros on potentially one of the best midfielders in the world in Bruno then something is seriously wrong in the PL. A. Madrid pays north of 100m on a kid who's had one good season. Times are changing. We have to change with it. We have a net spend of about 65m this window. 15m for James and 50m for AWB. Lukaku cancelling out Maquire. 65feckin million for one of the biggest clubs in the world is a disgrace when we're trying to get back into the big time but I suppose the leeches have to pay off all their personal loans which doesn't leave much over for what really counts. Manchester United (Glazers personal bank) Football Club. We don't have a recognised striker. Ben Yedder who scores a shit load of goals was ours for 30m. SMS who's just as good as Pogba could of been had for 90m. WTF? What if Madrid offer the asking price for Pogba next week? I hope they do and we accept because that really would be the beginning of the end for the Glazers. What's the betting in Oles presser tomorrow he'll say we were looking at players (Bruno, Dybala, SMS) but we decided our youth have more potential than them. In other words we don't want to spend any money so we'll throw our youngsters in at the deep end and if they can swim look at us we're geniuss and if they can't he'll talk about the United way. Top 4?

Well that was a bit of a damp squid. What happened this summer? Did the owners of the top 6 clubs have a get together and say listen lads, I've got a couple of new villas in the south of France to pay for so if you don't mind let's all not sign anyone so I don't look bad. Can excuse obviously Chelski and maybe Man Shity because they've a strong squad and may have only signed 2 (first team) players but those 2 will make them stronger. Loserpool worse than us and they definitely needed midfield re enforcement. Arsenil have signed without really spending money. Spuds have really only signed one starter and if Eriksen goes they're fecked. We plugged important holes but as usual left the job half done because we won't be able to score for shit and have very little midfield creativity and once the Frenchies start pouting then we'll end up in free fall like last season. Not even going to watch Oles presser tomorrow because he's just going to come out with the same old shite about trying hard to sign the right player but then decided the squad we have is more than capable of winning the treble. When SAF said there's no value in the market that was definitely a warning about the things to come. And here we are.

Just back. Only an hour to go. Maybe have a wee siesta and when I wake up we'll probably have signed 4 or 5 players

Dybala to Spuds is apparently off due to not being able to reach an agreement over image rights. What's this sport coming to?

Really feel for Darmian. Came to us as a talented 25 year old and leaving (possibly) as a 29 year old misfit. If the club didn't think he was good enough then they should of let him leave years ago so he at least could of had the opportunity to reach his potential. One of our biggest problems as a club, extending contracts for players who shouldn't be anywhere near the club. Our transfer dealings are abysmal. This summer we let València, Herrera go on a free and Released James Wilson. Not a penny earned. Good luck getting rid of Rojo. Maybe get 5m for him from some desperate club and we couldn't give Bailly away.

I'm 100% certain if we don't sign anyone else we'll be lucky to qualify for the europa league. I can see us starting off well then tapering off like last season when players like Pogaba and Martial start their don't give a fuck attitude and it will happen. Who's going to be the creative force then? Mata, Lingard, McT, Fred? Maybe give Matic a go? Still just over 7 hours left to go so I'll remain optimistic until then. Can maybe see Mandzukic coming but that's about it.

‘Despite the likelihood of ending the window devoid of two targets, United sources have told the MEN they feel they have clinched three 'great signings', enhanced the squad togetherness and have exciting young players emerging.’ Well as long as the squad togetherness has been enhanced that's OK then. They can all go out to dinner as a group, go on holidays together and buy each other nice Xmas presents. What more could we want as a club? Still wondering who the youngsters are going to learn from though. Lingard, Martial?

Sessegnon close to Spuds for 30m plus John onomah (who the feck is he) if Spuds can sign lo celso which is looking likely and Dybala then they've had the best window out of everyone. Although Rodri and Cancelo for city are great signings they're still short a CB which is why it surprised me they gave up on Maquire. Maybe Maquire only wanted to come to us because he does look like a kid who's been given the key to the sweet shop.
