Interesting to see if this ban will affect their performances in the Youth league next year although I sincerely doubt it. Next on the list PSG?

Don't think it will affect Barca at all. They went all out in the summer signing players probably knowing the ban would stand. It might even benefit them with the club having no choice but to play the same players week after week it should bring more continuity to their play.

They are already a long way away from Real Madrid, I feel La Liga will become like Bundesliga.

Tbh I will admit that I have a certain amount of admiration for this man, for his loyalty to a club that has constantly struggled to compete at the top level consistently. The Premier League as a whole will miss a player of his stature, for all the moments he's brought with his contributions. However, as a United fan, I won't be losing sleep over a rival club losing a legend

No decent club would want to hire a man who is a convicted rapist and hasn't confessed to his actions. I read an email from one Oldham fan to the club via facebook, telling them how important it was that their children can actually identify with the club and signing Ched Evans would damage the club's reputation, especially for the younger generation.

It's an unpopular opinion but I still have a bit of sympathy for him simply because I still don't understand the original verdict.
Two people had sex with the same girl at roughly the same time, on the same night - she was deemed too drunk to consent to one of them and he was therefore convicted of rape. But she was in a fit state to give consent to the other one who was therefore acquitted?
Will never understand how you can find a different verdict for the what is effectively the same thing.

Yeah there's a few grey areas with this case but as long as he is a convicted rapist I don't think he should be employed by any club.
