Plus side: First half saw training ground moves pulled off, saw progression with midfield dynamism and transitioning, more fight and hunger. Dalot as an attacking FB delivering quality crosses was a throwback to halcyon days. All good stuff.
Inevitably slackened off in the second half with a job done attitude and it was only against Fulham. Scouse derby will be the acid test.
