Quarantine only applies to new members, it has nothing to do with reporting. Members with under 50 posts who haven't been manually approved automatically go under quarantine.
That's why it doesn't make sense that your posts have been randomly put under one. Must be the plugin. I've restarted it, we'll see if that will fix it.
If not, it's probably a ghost.
