Our attack should be able to tear their defence a new one. Sadly i think their attack will be too good for our defence also.
3-2 win I think but it will be tough. Klopp's job is on the line (stupidly, like i said when Fergie went, i wanted this guy as the new manager, i wanted him when Moyes went also, he's a damn good manager).

This will be a tough encounter. Liverpool did extremely well against the top teams last season. Let's hope that they get screwed on Saturday  |

Juanfield time  Fellaini out is a blow along with Pogba and I think Carrick is injured so that leaves us thin in midfield, I'm not sure what Mourinho will do, either stick with how we've been playing or maybe go to a three at the back. He'll have a plan though for sure. I'd go:
De Gea
Valencia - Jones - Bailly - Young
Matic
Herrera - Mata
Rashford - Lukaku - Martial
It won't be easy, it never is but let Flopp's men run around like headless chickens for the first 20 soaking up the Coutinho pot shots and then pummel them on the counter. We're looking very good this season and are a different side compared to last so I hope Jose shows some more ambition this time, we should be much more of a threat with Lukaku who can bully whatever shit lines up at the back for them, we can hit him long or release him in behind either way Lovren and co will be left on their arse. I'd go Rashford on the right, he'll have a field day skinning Morono and Martial on the left to bamboozle whatever clowns on his side. 2 or 3 nil up and then sit back relax and watch them squirm  |

This is a massive game, but I just don't see how Liverpool win without Sadio Mane. I half-fancied them with Mane, but I can't see it now.
It will be interesting to see how United approach it. You would like to think, with the squad and firepower they have got, that they will have a go. But we have said that before and they have parked the bus, so we will have to see what happens. It's a big game for Romelu Lukaku. Now he is with one of the big boys he has to perform against the big boys.
Manchester United are a better team but Liverpool's home advantage should help them get a draw.

I think that he will be Bayern's manager next season Its looking likely. Not sure who the scousers will get to replace him. If they don't qualify for champions league I'm not sure if they will be able to pull anyone decent. |

Thought we'd show a bit more ambition of the counter but our midfield hardly got the ball to them, Herrera wasn't at it all today, nice move in the first half in which we cut them open but other than that didn't create anything. We were missing some key players and some players were a little rusty but I don't think Mourinho would have played any differently.
Liverpool had that once chance first half and the Can one second half but other than that we did our job.
Klopp sealed the point taking off their two best players :lol:
This is Mourinho, not too fussed today but don't play like that at OT.
