This will make or break our season. Looking forward to it though, should be a good final between two historic clubs and I can't wait. Hopefully the work that the kids put in at the weekend translates across and we take confidence from it regardless of the circumstances. Romero Valencia - Smalling - Blind - Darmian Fellaini Herrera - Pogba Micky - Rashford - Martial
Fellaini looks nails on and to be fair he did get us here but if Mata was fit enough I'd have him and it will most likely be Lingard over Martial. Like I say should be confident from the weekend and the players should be fresh and raring to go.

Don't waste time with Romero, regardless of if De Gea is leaving, he has to play. De Gea Valencia-Smalling-Bailly-Darmian Blind Herrera-Pogba Micky-Rashford-Martial Send the best squad we possibly can out there, we cannot lose on wednesday.

Romero has been doing great. No need to change him now.

Well this game has taken on a whole new wave of emotion for Manchester.......
I've seen our team chocked by emotion at times after Munich tributes before league games playing with black armbands and heavy hearts. Yes they are professionals and yes this is the make or break match of the season but players are only human.
I'm really uncertain of the impact this will have on the lads ... hopefully pride, guts and the sheer will to bring the trophy home for the club and for the city of Manchester.
With the weight of the events and even as a true fan it's really hard, if not a bit indecent, to put football on top of the priority list today
I think Manchester and even the whole country needs this win so let's go and get the job done and hopefully Jose will steer our squad through undoubtably one of the most difficult matches they will ever face.

Morning people, after yesterday I'm not sure what to expect, like Rach said this game would now have a whole new dimension.
I'm with Dave on the line up... I would have probably suggested Carrick instead of Fellaini, but it looks like he will play. Pretty much our best XI at the moment so let's go out there and get us a trophy.

Feeling subdued today, thankfully the people I know although caught up the event are safe and well but others haven't been so fortunate, a horrific tragedy that puts things like this to a back seat.
Win or lose, be brave, entertain, play like Manchester United and unite the people of our City.
The match is free to air on BT across the networks and on YouTube.

www.bbc.com/sport/football/40025580Sombre mood all round but let's take this "Football, for 90 minutes, can bring a smile back to the faces of the people of Manchester." One fan said ......We've got to win this now for the people of Manchester. Come on you Reds

I was angry yesterday, yeah, subdued / flat is a good word today.
As for the match, Ajax have a strong press and it's how Mou deals with it, hope he gets the tactics right. Players should be up for it with the added emotion of events and Mou is a good manipulator. Not an easy game by any stretch.
