2 perth glory players arrested during the weekend apparently deary deary me anyway Central Coast Mariners 1-3 Guangzhou R&F Adding to the mariners embarrassing the a-league and making every team look like plebs. The #mossout movement is strong now, would say 95% of the CCM fans want him out, as well as charlesworth (Graham Arnold is lucky he left) i think the mariners could be the club most in trouble in the entire a-league, at least the jets are somewhat financially stable in comparison to the mariners. i think the FFA need to consider moving in and taking the license off of Charlesworth or force him to sell. this is ridiculous, and if no buyer is willing to keep them on the central coast, so be it, the team has being causing more issues. in hindsight if it was this mariners vs the fury back in 2011, the mariners would have been the ones to go. In saying that, Caceres is the goods, he needs a transfer to another a-league team (maybe melbourne city or even adelaide) so he can at least have some hope. At this stage i think the jets should be the one to stay (under new ownership) and the mariners should be relocated or axed in favor for a western brisbane, south west sydney or 3rd melbourne team (dare i say it, south melbourne hellas) fuck it, hobart would do a better job than the mariners at this stage

and in other news
Mike Mulvey has been made technical director of Sabah FA in the Malaysian super league
he is so good, but our shitty indonesian owners decide no, winning the double isn't enough because its about the style of play, yet this pleb of a coach we have now (well 'interim' coach, he'll be made permanent i bet) makes sydney fc look like barcalona

meanwhile mike havenaar remains unsigned, not sure if he wants to stay in europe but surely a move to belgium or back to holland should be on the cards for him, if he doesn't mind going back to japan, seriously what are the japanese clubs doing, he would be scoring for fun over there, as he would in most east asian leagues

Going to be interesting
and then overseas you have the likes of Dario Vidosic not really getting gametime and not been looked at for soceroos duty, maybe he will want to come back to the a-league (honestly, the roar should bring him in as the aussie marquee, or even a 2nd brisbane team bring him in for the season after as the aussie marquee)
Mabil hopefully goes overseas to the netherlands, i think he could make an impact at Zwolle, much like Ryan Thomas and Trent Sainsbury did. Mabil is a right sided player and if he goes there and gets time, he would be immense, with his speed and skill. He could be a superstar
Malik should probably stay in the a-league, but should field offers, he was one of the best DM's in the league last season and should have been looked at to go to brazil. Or at least look at becoming the aussie marquee player for adelaide (he's worth it) Sydney FC could be an option also as the aussie marquee as a DM.
Tomi Juric, well he's going to europe. For him. Netherlands or Belgium, both these leagues have been good for australian players to start off with, i think the long term goal would be premier league, he is a big strong lad who has the physical play to be able to translate to the prem. a team like West Brom long term after he has established himself and is scoring goals is the way to go
As for overseas players coming back, those who have played in the a-league previously, there may be a few returns, those who haven't and have been overseas for years, i.e. james merideth, neil kilkenny etc. they're going to stay overseas for sure

he needs to be sacked, the coasties have stopped going to games, and they've already alienated their fanbase with all this north sydney crap (though i would be tempted to take them there given that coasties haven't been going this season at all)

whilst he's at it he might as well buy newcastle Jets but seriously its good to see an aussie link in there for one of the biggest. hopefully he is serious about restoring milan to the top of serie a

Sydney FC 4-2 Central Coast Mariners
Mariners screw up a 2-1 lead with 10 left to lose 4-2. and the Mariners are going to really be a very dismal 8th this season. and moss still heaps praise onto his pleb side despite losing a game they should have won given the circumstances in the game
Crowd: 14 239 (Damn poor to be honest but there was no traveling fans for the game, just the sydney faithful)
Adelaide United 2-1 Western Sydney Wanderers
amazingly enough, adelaide nearly lost to the wanderers. it was a HOT day in adelaide (40 degrees) but adelaide came back after gombwow changed the tactics and sergio scored the late winner in stoppage time
Crowd: 9212 (amazing crowd considering it was 40 degrees, i doubt any team outside of maybe the victory would have gotten a crowd like that in those conditions)

Brisbane (Gold Coast) Roar 0-1 Beijing Guo'an
Fucking hell, we still are shit in asia. frans is a crap manager who needs to go at the end of the season, disaster season in all honesty, and it always happens when we are in asia. honestly if we where in asia last season we would have been a threat for the title. this year we are a joke.
Kashima Antlers 1-3 Western Sydney Wanderers
Have no clue what happened here. Kashima had no business losing this at home to the wanderers, defending champions or not, they have been downright horrible this season.
Guangzhou Evergrande 1-0 FC Seoul
Close game, Seoul where unlucky i feel
Suwon 2-1 Urawa Red Diamonds
i would have thought Urawa would have at least drawn but anyway, nothing too out of the ordinary
Binh Duong 2-3 Shandong Luneng
Good on Binh Duong for being able to compete, obviously not nearly as much money in Viet football as there is in clubs like Shandong who buy expensive foreigners
Buriram United 2-1 Seongnham
Buriram have got to be a dark force, despite the thai national team being an abject failure, their domestic league is flourishing
Gamba Osaka 0-2 Guangzhou R&F
Thats terrible by Gamba, the winners of the J-League lose at home to a team that just about qualified for the Champions league in the CSL, pretty bad showing
Jeonbuk Motors 0-0 Kashiwa Reysol

he went into seized property when he was specifically said to not go into it (legally of course) so thats why the italian authorities are sending him in for 10 months (but since its italy he could bribe his way out probably)
