We were awful, bar Dave, we look a completely different side away. Once again experienced players not turning up, no leadership and drive, Carrick again fucking up.
Still it took a bullshit penalty and offside goal for them to win, they weren't beating Dave otherwise.

It's times like these I'm pretty convinced Mourinho would get more desire out of them

And Fellaini capped a great performance with an elbow at the end, thats him out of the return leg.
Not sure that's a bad thing but as nobody is showing desire it really makes no difference.

Zero corners and only 1 shot on target .... Hardly surprising we got nothing
Yes LVG mixed it up using players and tactical changes but then you have to question the starting 11 and the set up
Poor Rashford found himself at RB at times and was changed out .... Not good for the youngsters confidence and who is giving these youngsters the winning mentality ....... I think we missed Rooney tonight even if only for the liverpool hate factor ......and the drive to beat them
Thanks DDG you're worth your weight in gold ........... Do we even deserve to keep you?

Rashford puts in 2 very good displays as a striker and is then moved out wide. Makes no sense to me.

We need to stop living in the past. That makes too much sense for our current boss  BTW Sakho looks a donkey on the ball no pressure at all

for moving Rashford out wide LVG deserves the sacking, why would we move our most in form striker into a wide role. why, and he was even more defensive, this pissed me off the most, he's the damn striker
anyway everyone was shite basically. Fellaini shouldn't have started, Rojo was garbage and shows he ain't that top class LCB that we need to partner smalling who himself wasn't at his best, depay needs to be pimp slapped for being shit, next season loan him out or at least discipline his game better he is allowed to get away with far too many stupid errors
If it wasn't for De Gea it would have been 4-0 or more
also LVG out etc etc, just when you think maybe he turned it around, its the same old shit manchester united again

DDG was fantastic, the rest can fuck off. Absolutely disgraceful performance.
Players look clueless and have no idea what they were doing. Feels like LVG is just trying to get himself sacked and get a compensation, Carrick for Rashford? seriously?
LVG has to go FFS.

I've reached the stage (quite a while back tbh) were if the only way to get VG out was to lose all our remaining games I'd take it in a heart beat and not worry because any half decent manager would get a lot more out of the players than the clueless one. The worst about it is we'll probably scrape top four and it will be seen as a success in the eyes of VG. If he isn't shown the door soon then deadwood should be given the chop as well.

I think he'll stay til the end of the season regardless of what happens now. If they were going to sack him they'd have done it by now.

I think its the Moyes story all over again, wait till the mathematical impossibility to reach top 4, out of Europa League and then give Giggs another 4-5 dead rubber games.
Ed has to be blamed as much as LVG, he should have sacked LVG by December and given the new manager a transfer window. Now he fucked up everything and its only going to get worse.
Its just a matter of time before we get knocked out from FA cup and Europa league and only a miracle can take us inside top 4.

Don't worry, we'll win 1 of the next 3 games to cover over the cracks. Beat West Ham and we're in a up semi final. Beat Liverpool sufficiently and we're into the last 8 of the Europa. Beat City and we're knocking on the top 4 door.

On the other hand we could potentially be out of Europe, the FA cup and if we lose to City we might as well say goodbye to fourth spot. Season could be over in this two week spell.
