I don't have a huge problem with graffiti unless its on my garage.
It provides "artistic atmosphere"

No, I have no problem with drawn grafitti - I love those! But like Brandon said - it's the scribblings that drives me crazy.
Some moron wrote "I love you my love" (google translated from Turkish) on a wall that I pass every day and now I have to watch that ugly thing every day.
Having to close all of the apps on your phone at some point. Can't they just make an app that closes all the apps when you don't use them anymore?
