well neymar technically bought out his contract (i.e. PSG gave neymar the money), they would still have to sell 100 mill worth of players if this goes through.
We're apparently in for Aurier so they'd have to sell at least one more out of Moura, maybe Di Maria/Veratti.

What are Barca thinking. 40 mill for him, granted he was good, but he was good in China and in Asia, the standards of the leagues are solid but Barca quality, not a chance.

If Fergie wa still here, so would Evans, and we would probably consider him a proper CB for the PL.
He needs that full confidence from a manager and a run of games to be at his best. Both wouldn't be the case under Pep.
