I’m sure we’ve enquired about Skriniar but Inter don’t want to lose him and perhaps he doesn’t want to leave either. We aren’t interested in Icardi so Inter need to cough up or Lukaku will be staying put. Griezmann is off to Barca.
This may article may help regarding Fernandes’ situation.

Inter definitely don't want to sell Skriniar but I think the player himself doesn't particularly want the move, gauging the noises being made, in which case no point. Bummer, but there ya go, would have been the perfect deal for us. Players are back in tomorrow for drill camp / briefings. Signings should have been done and dusted.

Yeah this is very slack, we've gotten one signing and yet again we're leaving it for last minute, we need a director of football or more importantly, just get rid of Woodward, since he's come in, we've gone into decline as a club and a lot of that has to do with poor transfer management and decisions related to him.

Two and there's another month to go.
70m bid rejected for Maguire, not his biggest fan but if Ole wants him get him.
If this summer doesn't show you who selects the players... James, AWB and now Maguire, huge marketing moves by ol' Woody.

No bugger wants to come here more like. They can't even persuade one of their top CB targets to agitate for a move FFS. Not one. This club is currently fucked.
And the onus was on that board to get the majority of the targets in by July 1st to get them fit and fully drilled with the new system - that's now not happening.

No bugger wants to move apart from De Ligt and for him we’re competing with Barca, Madrid, PSG, Juve etc. we’ve never won those battles.
That was never happening, managers say that every summer, it doesn't happen.

Except for Madrid and big teams. Managers want them there for pre season. Ole NEEDS them there for pre pre-season double training sessions. ALL they had to do is sign 3 basics; CB, CM, RB. It's taken one fucking person (Judge) over a month to get the least important deal over the line.
Meanwhile on planet big team Madrid signed 5 and everybody will be where they're supposed to be in plenty of time, doing big team stuff. Pogba might well be off to them too.

Ah come on, it’s Madrid, nobody is turning them down still though they haven’t bagged their supposed top target. Everyone else has done feck all, with big clubs being led on a merry dance by a 19 year old. Least important when the alternative is Young, yeah I’m not having that Anyways I thought you were keen on slabhead?

Least important when the alternative is Young, yeah I’m not having that Dalot is more than adequate and Young should never have been given the game time, and fuck Ole's judgement on that one too. When you consider the lightweight, gutless midfield we have and the clusterfuck of injury prone / talentless deadwood CB's we have, you obviously deal with the spine of the side first because that's where the damage is done. That midfield capitulation at the end of the season would have been the first place to start, quickly followed by signing a world class CB, then a RB. Koulibaly, De Ligt, Skriniar are all a level or two above slabhead atm. I'd put Dias ahead of him too. Slabhead immediately improves us for sure but for 90m??? Paying that you might as well push the boat out and get Koulibaly and get the real deal now. At this point though which ever of those deals can be done yesterday would massively improve us instantly.

Main thing is we get them in not the order.
Maguire isn’t worth 70m+ but those alternatives will be way over their value too. Koulibaly probably his release clause which is double that bid and he doesn’t want to leave. People all season long were on about a ball playing CB being vital, we target one and they’d rather look for some cheaper half baked alternative. You couldn’t make it up.

Yeah i'd rather not buy Maguire for 70 freaking million (is he much better then what we have here no realistically speaking, outside of form, i don't really rate him higher than Bailly or Smalling) and just spend a bit more and bring in a proper world class CB like Koulibaly.

Fucking hate those Glazers and Ed, no Ndombele, no Tielemans and Herrera gone.. still this:
#mufc have informed Saul Niguez's camp about their interest. The club see him as Pogba's replacement. He has a €150m release clause #mulive [as, @sport_Witness]
Why the fuck do we need to sell another midfielder to get him? Show some ambition and pair him with Pogba and a proper CDM! Just let us spend the money this club generates on transfers!
Then Ed telling us he can only negiotiate one deal after the other. What a fucking dabbler!
LUHG!
We need 2 midfielders, a right winger , a top-class centre-back and right-back.
RB is done with AWB.
Get Saul and Tielemans for midfield!
Get one of Sancho/Lozano/Pepe in for right wing.
CB is difficult, maybe Skriniar fits the bill, everyone else linked doesn't convince me apart from De Ligt who is gone to Juve. Definately not Maguire, not even for half the money mentioned. He's too slow and will be exposed and overrun in a modern pressing game. Rather take Toby for a year or two to bridge time till we find a one that fits, which is usually not my preference to get 30 year olds in, but at 25m it is worth it.
Everything below this is a fucking joke.

And another one:
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly identified two Ligue 1 strikers as potential replacements for Romelu Lukaku.
The Evening Standard say United have watched Lyon’s Moussa Dembele and are among a host of clubs to enquire about Lille forward Nicolas Pepe.
We are lacking a proper RW for ages and need to seel a striker first to consider a deal for a winger? WTF is this? Get one signed you fool, Ed!

what does everyone think about Erikson being our Pogba replacement.
I personally think this is where we should be going since he isn't really a downgrade over Pogba (whilst Tielemans and arguably Fernandes would be). Also Eriksen i can't imagine being that much more than Fernandes would cost (given we have to pay 70 mill for him anyway).
Also if we need an actual RW, guess what, spend some of that money you get from revenue and get Mbappe since you love high profile players. At least you can make the money on jersey sales (and we may be in with a hope of top 4). Seriously, someone needs to go in with a bid to buy united off these useless twats already.
edit: apparently Umtiti could be available for 45 million, stuff Maguire, he's fairly mediocre, at least Umtiti can play. Sell Rojo, buy Umtiti for the left sided CB and play him Bailly/Smalling and we'd at least have a passable defence.
Also i saw a thing saying Real where offering us Bale + 70 mill for Pogba and Juve 70 mill + Dybala for Pogba. I know which of the two i'd choose and it ain't the former. Dybala on this team would actually be exciting, especially if he can rediscover his form, he'd be better than Pogba and without the drama plus we'd have a genuinly exciting attacking player for the first time in what seems like years (at least, fully developed attacker).
